Scoring low because they are simply liars.
I have been leaving for a while in Belgium, and occasionally travelling across the globe. As you may be aware of, every time you cross a border, you receive a SMS with the extra charges (typically per minute or per MB) that will be applied to a particular location. In my case I travel often in US and the SMS claims to charge extra 3.5EUR/MB. Expensive, but believable. Well, it turned out they have a hidden webpage where the charges per minute and per MB are very different: for US would be 9 or 11EUR/MB. Ridiculous! Obviously they will apply the latter tariff, even if they will still send you the SMS with the 3.5EUR/MB.
