Came here a few times this week due to some problems with transfering data from my old phone to my…read morenew. The employees advised me to use the Base cloud app in order to upload all my info . I am still having some propblems with it, for some reason it is not working properly on my new phone, so they sent a request to their technical service to try and help me further. I am sure the problem should be solved soon. But the main thing is, the service was excellent ! Each employee really took his time to try and help me. They were friendly, patient and knew what they were doing. This is how customer service should be ! Great job guys !

Worst. customer. service. ever…read more I live abroad and my laptop is suffering from a swelling battery, clearly fabrication mistake. Unfortunately, to get it repaired for free, I need to bring it into a repair center in Belgium. After an assessment in the country I live, the Macbook should definitely be repaired for free since there was no indication any of this could be due to my mistake. The representative was unable to answer my questions regarding papers they need and process clearly and was not willing to contact me after some research or even send me an email. A shame, and I know what I am talking about since I an working in this industry myself. Sad, very sad.
