If you're an equestrian or simply a horse enthusiast, stop by…read more The grounds are peaceful for a walk (we were there for almost an hour), and shutterbugs have lots to take photos of. If you're lucky enough to own a horse, you're able to board them there for a monthly fee. Otherwise there are pony rentals and rides (for little kids, for sure), and riding lessons available. Find Hidden Valley Horse Farm at Ridley Creek State Park.

Hidden Valley Horse Farm has been located inside Ridley Creek State Park since 1999. It is the…read morefirst thing you see on your left as you enter the main park entrance. The set up utilizes some horse facilities from the Jeffords estate. Horse culture at this location dates back to the turn of the 19th C. and has links to Samuel Riddle, breeder of Man O' War and other famed racehorses. Boarding is available here with beautiful paddocks. There are 40 acres of pasture for grazing. There is a brand new enclosed ring that was built about a year ago. Also a heated tack room, and washing area (outside). We notice that horses are always blanketed when it is cold out, and they always look lively and content. In addition to boarding, they offer beginner, intermediate and advanced lessons, horse education ("hands-on"), pony rides, and parties. Often people host birthday parties at the nearby park picnic area with playground, and enjoy pony rides as part of the party. To visit and exercise your horse, there is a separate horse trail adjacent to the horse farm, just across Gradyville Road. North of Gradyville Rd the trail is roughly a figure 8 shape, & is the longest trail overall (4.7mi) for the park, and the only one equestrian-accessible. This is the widest unpaved park trail, since it is for horses. Note that walkers & dogs also use this trail, and populate it more than horses. A large northern section of the trail abuts Edgmont Country Club golf course, & the green's activities can be observed from the trail.

Because of the interest of my friends mainly, I was curious to see the differences between Blind Tiger Speakeasy here and the one in OBX escape rooms. The setup and price here is much better. I don't remember all the nuances, but I know the modifications done with KOP are much better. The beginning puzzle, they let you solve it intuitively in parts rather than expect the entire combination to be correct. This helps with playability and the fun factor. They have wonderful employees that work here. Jaden was no exception! I did catch on to some clues faster because even though I didn't remember exactly what I did with my group at the OBX one, I did have a faint inkling. At the OBX one, we didn't solve it but had help from a guide in the room as I was only in a group of 3, the room there required a minimum of 4, and we had to pick rooms that could serve physical accommodations there. I'm still "waiting" for some escape room in the general area to do escape the 90s. The closest one from my area right now seems to be Rochester, which is too far. I do pass by that way once in awhile, but being only one person makes it tough. . .

Excellent rooms. Creative escapes and puzzles. The staff is very engaged and supportive…read more Competitive environment for friends or families. A fun time across multiple experience levels. Different themes that range across the years. Well done!

My friends took me to ifly today and it seriously was the best birthday gift ever! This place is so…read morefun! They have indoor sky diving down to a science! My friends purchased a group package online! It included 2 flys each and photos & videos. A couple of us added on the high fly! Totally worth it! These packages offer more for your money at a lower price point plus you get a front row seat to watching each person enjoy the experience! Once you are signed up everyone will fill out online forms and waivers prior to arrival! Each person is also sent a preflight video to watch to learn hand signals. This information is reviewed several times once onsite as well! There are a lot of health restriction's. A big one to note is that if you've ever dislocated your shoulder this is not for you! The first two times I fly my shoulder was fine but after the third time I could really feel the pressure! What to expect: Upon arrival we checked everything out! So many fun photo opportunities including angel wings and a step & repeat! We loved to taking photos there and the staff was so accommodating about leaving time before and after for photos! Everyone will need to get weighed in so be honest on your waiver! You are weighed individually but the weight is concealed for privacy! There are set weight limits so check to see if you are within the range. There are no exceptions! Once you get your wrist band you move on to get your fly suit and helmet. I used the helmet with the face covering and I highly recommend this option! This avoided the wind hitting me directly in the face and allowed me to focus on the experience mates of just the wind! There were about 10 of us in our class. Each person got to fly twice! We rooted and cheered for everyone as they went up and out of the tube! Watching people you care about experience this up close was really such a fun experience! Being together doing this crazy thing was so fun! Our instructor Sam was amazing! Honestly all of the employees were so kind and willing to do whatever they could to make this a memorable experience including flashing me a happy birthday message while I was in the tunnel flying! Sam made us all feel comfortable and she was so good at what she does! At the end of everyone's flights she did an amazing show of her skills in the tunnel! She's got some serious talent and she and the rest of the crew really love what they do! Their enthusiasm is contagious and really added so much value to the experience! My only constructive feedback is that it would have been cool to have a camera in the tunnel to capture the high fly. You really go off screen alone you start getting higher. It also would have been cool to have someone video from outside of the tunnel so bring friends to watch and record! One last suggestion...bring cash to tip your instructor! I was glad I had cash on me! You can not add this to your credit card payment and they do not have cash to break bills. I can not recommend this experience enough! This was something that all of us will remember for a very long time! Thank you iFly for making this birthday experience something so very unique and special!

This is a try it once and never again type place…read more The flight time is literally just 1 minute. They also charge you an additional $20 to go a bit higher in the wind tunnel. Which seems like that should be included in the $99 charge. Want pictures? That will be another $4 for each. The place is also stating to look rundown - they don't seem to invest in maintenance or upkeep. Glad we went to try it, but won't go back.

The day after the CDC said masks aren't required they removed the requirement to wear a mask inside, and very shortly after they removed the disinfectant spray too. The gym now provides what's the equivalent of single-ply toilet paper wipes to wipe the equipment, and since the CDC said last week that people should wear masks indoors regardless, they have not followed suit. Just makes you feel uncomfortable going there. As dozens of people go in there every hour and don't clean up after themselves, nor wear masks. And honestly, the spray was nice - it's actually removing a product your customer wants. Come on now!

Tons of classes, a fantastic pool with classes and an endless pool machine, indoor track, lots of machines and some of them are new, and plenty of places to stretch out! The staff is SUPER helpful and VERY friendly. You walk in and you are greeted immediately. They have a great counter with a charging station that you can just chill at, have a cup of their free coffee or fruity waters and talk with friends! While I don't currently use any of the trainers, I am friends with many of them that follow my journey on Facebook. They answer any questions that you have and are extremely motivating. My journey started in the summer of 2014 after I found out I was a type 2 diabetic. I was severely overweight and really needed a change. In conjunction with Bounce Back Physical Therapy (on site), they recommended me to the dietitian that was available at CLM. Working with her and doing my therapy plus being at the gym 7 days a week, I am down an amazing 76 pounds and am off all of my diabetes meds. To this day I am classified as a Diet Controlled Diabetic. I couldn't have done all of this without the fantastic support of the staff at CLM, BBPT and all of my friends that I have met there. They keep you going and I don't EVER want to leave!
