This time I had a different injector, and the experience was the opposite. She started by using leftover botox units from a previous visit around my crow's feet. Then she asked, "Do you want some in your brows?" and I said "sure," assuming it was part of the same leftover amount -- no one mentioned there would be an additional charge. When I went to check out, I was suddenly told it was an extra $160, which felt very misleading. I couldn't exactly say "I wasn't aware, take it out." so I just paid and left. During my lip filler, she had the alcohol pad pressed on my nose, and I couldn't breathe without inhaling alcohol. I was panicking, trying to make noises and even move my head a little so she'd realize something was wrong, but she didn't notice until afterward and just said "oops, sorry" and the corrected herself for the rest. It was scary and one of the most uncomfortable feelings I've ever had during an appointment. Imagine only being able to breathe in alcohol. I work in sales, so I completely understand upcharges and add-ons -- but I also know the importance of transparency. Clients deserve to know exactly what they're paying for and where their money is going. I left feeling uncomfortable, blindsided, and disappointed after what used to be one of my favorite med spas. I hope management addresses the communication and care standards here, because trust and safety should always come first

Specifically, a project that will help the Williamson County Animal Shelter. However if looking for items for your landscaping project, this location offers sod, sand, boulders, rock, pavers, weed barriers, shovels, gloves all at prices that are lower than the traditional big box stores like HD and Lowes. The pavers we received were of great quality and in pristine condition. When we picked the pavers up, the employees helped to place them in the truck bed as each paver was over 200 lbs. I worked with Resse, who was very helpful. She placed pavers aside for Thing One that were necessary for him to complete the process. Resse was communicative and helpful, and without her help, the Eagle project would not have been a success. Not exactly what I wanted to see at such a moment. As it turned out later, technically, the error was in our order, but it would be nice if this detail was spelled out more clearly. After the appeal, the situation was quickly corrected, and by the next stage of the incident we were waiting for a much more comfortable transport solution. This made a positive impression, especially considering that there was a reaction and a desire to correct the situation. The drivers were professional, the organization on the routes - without significant failures. There are things that can be improved in terms of communication and transparency in the choice of transport, but in general the experience remains rather positive.

As the Father of the Bride I was shocked when the bus that showed up to bring our guests to the church was a school bus. After the ceremony I called Abdul to address my concern. After speaking to him it became clear that in reality the mistake was ours, not his. We had chartered a "transit" bus, which when you look on the website is a school bus. I wish the contract was more specific; as "school bus" certainly would have jumped out. But live and learn. Now to the good part. With my frustration high, Abdul was calm, cool and reasonable. He immediately realized I was not happy and kicked into high gear to see what he could do. While we had to take the school bus back to the hotel, by the time we left for the reception...less than one hour later...a gleaming full scale motor coach was sitting in front of the hotel instead of a school bus. Wow! I can't thank Abdul enough for stepping up. I was thoroughly impressed. When it comes to satisfying customers in a crisis, Austin Charter Services proves that it can still be done the old fashion way...do whatever you can to make your customer happy. While we had a…read morenightmare of a situation with Brohn (read review there), our time at Floor King was the one bright spot. We were going to have a 4-hour design appointment for our new build which sounds like a lot but it really isn't when you have to make a ton of decisions. The folks at Floor King were so patient and informative with the many questions I had as I was doing research before the appointment. During the appointment, Katy was a superstar. I went in with some solid ideas/plans but needed them all priced out. Sometimes something would get priced out and I'd need to change the plan - Katy was really good about helping me execute the vision on our budget. We were both really happy and excited about our final design choices we did with Floor King. Unfortunately, all our time and decisions were for naught as we are no longer working with Brohn. Overall, it was a great experience but there was something that they did that went above and beyond, showing their character. I had to get to a zoom meeting not too long after our appointment was slated to end. Usually, that wouldn't be an issue as we lived really close but it started pouring rain to the point where it was unsafe to drive. Katy and another designer at Floor King actually set me up in a one of the model kitchens so that I could conduct my meeting. My whole team thought I had remodeled my house haha! They really saved the day. Thanks Katy and all the folks over at Floor King for being the one piece of our Brohn experience that was actually efficient, friendly, and enjoyable.

Warning: DO NOT do business with Floor King…read more We had a bad experience with a GC who subbed to Floor King for our floors. Our project was severely mismanaged, resulting in large amounts of money unpaid to many of the subs, including Floor King. I emptied my retirement to pay nearly $40k to Floor King to fully pay the remainder of the amount due them to get our floors finished. As far as I understand it, the GC who went bankrupt, still owes Floor King for *other* projects he did with them. We've tried reaching out to Floor King for some follow-up work (a dog tore up some carpet), and they refuse to do business with us, or help us in any way to get the materials we need to find someone else to do the work, claiming that we owe them money. When asked for more information about how we owe them money, the owner responded with "I'm not going to tell you that information." This is completely unacceptable, and unprofessional. DO NOT trust your business with Floor King. Their reps and owners are quite nasty, hostile, and apparently, are terrible at keeping books. One particular rep of theirs - Brodie Hillegas, is especially nasty and insulting, and can't seem to get out of the way of his own ego.
