The treatment at the europcar office was terrible. Zero attention to the client and with a very bad…read moretone of voice. Couldn't exactly say if it was just the lady taking care of us or all of them. Enough to say it is the last time i will be renting through Europcar. From begging the rental clerks to do an inspection of the vehicle exterior to ensure they don't try to blame you for existing dings and scratches to returning the car, it can literally take hours! Is their fault the car was stolen? No. But their customer service is completely lacking. It's took us two hours in line to give back the car keys, Drop off our police report and yes, get charged to refuel a stolen vehicle.
