No, I did not say this, because we were out of town. I only saw photos that you sent of the job. I expressed that I was concerned that I could still see large dark areas in the driveway, but it assured me that if was just because that some areas were still wet, and that's why it looked dark. I paid you regardless, because you didn't want to wait the 6 hours until we got home to see it. I'm not really sure why you would make up conversations we never had, but I also do still have the text messages if you want to push this any further. Tried to call the office but the office itself isn't open until 8am. One would think if the office isn't open until 8am the workers wouldn't be causing so much noise in a quiet neighbourhood at 7am. Took photos and videos. Will also post this negative review on Facebook. Highly unprofessional to start such high decibel work that early in the morning. Crew foreman was beligerant saying this is how they do their job. What if something happens to a crew member and they fall off the roof? If the office isn't open, how would they be notified of the accident? More companies to hire to fix or redo your rood than Ike's Roofing. Remember, the crew leaves once the job is done, but you or renter will have to deal with disgruntled neighbours for as long as you or they live in the house.

Citrus Contractors replaced our roof in 2019 & it leaks - as does our neighbors who also used them - they guarantee workmanship for 2 years only. Had an inspector out who attributes leaks to poor workmanship. Called citrus and they offered NOTHING! No offer to inspect themselves, no call back or contact with supervisor! ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. It should be noted; Citrus initially installed black verses the ordered white facia/soffit. when I called Brian about the error, he tried telling me- it looks better two toned and we should leave it as is. Only after insisting did they correct their error. I feel the obvious irritation of the roofers having to redo work may have contributed to poor workmanship & current issues we are now experiencing as blackened; damp wood is in the exact area. When I called Citrus and explained this, I was informed Citrus has no documentation of this error which is interesting as we do.... There are not enough bad things I can say about Citrus contracting, poor workmanship, crappy overall attitudes, terrible customer service and completely UNACCEPTABLE work. We had our roof done by Farrell @ 10 years ago, and this is what we recently found behind our walls…read more-- mold, rot, and a piece of black roof drip edge sticking 4 inches into the wall from the outside. (The roof they replaced had white drip edge. Farrell installed the black drip edge). Although Steve Farrell came out to look at the issue a month ago and offered to "help out" with the roofing part of the repairs, he has ghosted us ever since despite two follow-up attempts. I made sure that it shows that I paid it in full. I did not want them to put a lien on my house heh I called and made sure that it says I paid my bill in full. They were on top of it. The work crew cleaned up after themselves. If you have any issues, you can call their office and they make things right. The new roof is holding up well. Last year I had an issue the roof at my other house. There were a few small leaks. One person came out and told me that it is an easy fix. I highly recommend.
