Tried to call the office but the office itself isn't open until 8am. One would think if the office isn't open until 8am the workers wouldn't be causing so much noise in a quiet neighbourhood at 7am. Took photos and videos. Will also post this negative review on Facebook. Highly unprofessional to start such high decibel work that early in the morning. Crew foreman was beligerant saying this is how they do their job. What if something happens to a crew member and they fall off the roof? If the office isn't open, how would they be notified of the accident? More companies to hire to fix or redo your rood than Ike's Roofing. Remember, the crew leaves once the job is done, but you or renter will have to deal with disgruntled neighbours for as long as you or they live in the house.

Taught me to ALWAYS DEEPLY RESEARCH as these guys are storm chasers & money takers! Citrus Contractors replaced our roof in 2019 & it leaks - as does our neighbors who also used them - they guarantee workmanship for 2 years only. Had an inspector out who attributes leaks to poor workmanship. Called citrus and they offered NOTHING! No offer to inspect themselves, no call back or contact with supervisor! ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. It should be noted; Citrus initially installed black verses the ordered white facia/soffit. when I called Brian about the error, he tried telling me- it looks better two toned and we should leave it as is. Only after insisting did they correct their error. I feel the obvious irritation of the roofers having to redo work may have contributed to poor workmanship & current issues we are now experiencing as blackened; damp wood is in the exact area. When I called Citrus and explained this, I was informed Citrus has no documentation of this error which is interesting as we do.... There are not enough bad things I can say about Citrus contracting, poor workmanship, crappy overall attitudes, terrible customer service and completely UNACCEPTABLE work. (The roof they replaced had white drip edge. Farrell installed the black drip edge). He then made a repair to stop the leak, which worked great for over a year. Then I noticed another minor leak in close proximity to the last leak. I called Mike again and he was very responsive and exactly on-time. Again it was the same problem which he took care of. I then asked him to check the age of my roof and give me a quote, which he did. The age of the roof was over 16 years old and since I really like Mike, but I don't want to see him on a regular basis I decided to have his team replace my roof.
