Bartles and all of their employees and pharmacist's are AMAZING. They go far above and beyond. I cannot say enough good about them.

** Clean Store ** ** Friendly Staff **…read more With a name like Price Chopper I did not expect much and I was wrong. This place was stacked with more than I would have ever imagined for a small town grocery store. My only gripe was the lack of bakery that you come to expect from a chain grocery store. Other than that, they had everything we needed!

The entrance we used takes one through the produce department. Wow! I was really impressed by the…read morefresh selection, variety and all the nutritious options available including but not limited to: juices, smoothies, et cetera. The deli, meat and seafood departments are neighbors and the selection of prepackaged meals are vast. The seafood options are also plentiful. I went with the intention of buying dinner, but literally had no clue what I was going to prepare. I only knew it would be something healthy so I perused the produce and seafood sections. Behold the end-cap with the portioned fish fillets and steaks. One piece of ahi tuna begging me to take it home was snatched up along with a bag of steamed veggies from the produce section. Price Chopper places coupons on items with a next day sell date so I saved a $1 on the veggies. The tuna was very well priced, an 11 ounce steak for $6.02. In the end, I had a delicious and healthy meal for less than $8. #winning Our cashier was extremely friendly and provided some useful around town tips once he learned we were visiting from out of town. The store was well stocked and the bakery featured a large selection of prepackaged and fresh baked goods. Strawberry shortcakes were on sale for $4.99, that's a real NY bargain! Finally, the entrance featured lots of vendor items such as candy machines, the claw machine and a Redbox. I will definitely return to this store if I need additional groceries while in town.

Despite increased use by Public Charges the actual processing of prescriptions remains easy. Despite warnings by friends about this store, I made the mistake of continuing to use it. In NY the provider sends an electronic prescription and the pharmacy selects "private", Medicaid or Medicare Part D and promptly fills the prescription. I happen to be selling my house so each trip to this Walgreens is over an hour. On the previous visit the store was unable to fill a second prescription for me. I paid for it and wonder who they gave it to. The most recent visit will be my last time. This time they used the Wrong Edit to fill both prescriptions. I was informed that they wern't ready. Then told my provider was not qualified. I will be civil and write that Walgreens could have called a "866" number for a pharmacy help desk and quickly resolved this matter, but instead insulted me. I have had the same identical prescriptions filled for a few years now; only recently found the competency of the employees lagging. My advice is to avoid this store like a rash and instead look at options like Walmart and Amazon, I am.

The store was very busy but I needed the clerk to get the medicine for me because it was locked up. I found a clerk come out of the back and said "excuse me" when she snapped herself around and shouted "What" I was so upset and asked her what did she just say? She proceeded to tell me she was all alone and it was busy. Needless to say I will never shop at Cooperstown CVS again

I went through the self checkout and selected "print my receipt". The machine made printing sounds but no paper came out of it. I told the one cashier that the machine was out of paper and all she did was to shrug and walk away. I wasn't sure if I should leave or wait around for assistance, since she wasn't clear in her intentions on helping me. After a moment she came back and said she couldn't find the person in charge of that. I asked her if I could have the receipt emailed to me but never finished the sentence because she cut me off. She assumed I was asking her something else and couldn't be bothered to actually listen. Wow! I am really not used to being treated so rudely by a CVS employee. I guess I took it for granted that living in a small town, I would always be treated with courtesy. Was I wrong. CVS needs to step up their game. Hiring bodies, instead of people with good attitudes who make us feel welcome, isn't a way to run a business. I can always spend my money elsewhere.
