They also used to be $150 and now they are $250 - while the quality went from $150 to $15. You constantly have to chase them; you have to follow up; you have to email; you have to call. Something needed? Be ready to email 3 times and call on top of it. I honestly don't understand how these guys are still in business. I can tell by the stars that this 5* establishment is now barely able to cling to a 3* average. I deal with these guys once a year and it stresses me out for the whole 12 months.
