I would've given this place 5 stars because honestly, I loved almost everything about it. The…read moreatmosphere, the music, the cherry bourbon, and especially the food were outstanding. I ended up taking my meal to-go and ate it later -- absolutely delicious. Unfortunately, the bartender completely changed the experience for me. She was a redhead working the bar around 7:30 PM, and from the moment I sat down, she was noticeably unwelcoming. I was literally the only person sitting at the bar, yet she barely checked on me, offered no conversation, and honestly came across with an attitude the entire time. As someone who has worked in the bartending industry myself and who travels often visiting different restaurants and bars, hospitality matters. A bartender sets the tone for the entire experience, especially for solo guests. Sitting alone at a bar can already feel awkward enough, and a warm, welcoming attitude goes a long way. I still tipped her generously despite the experience, because that's just who I am, but management should really pay attention to how guests are being treated behind the bar. It's disappointing because I truly loved the place itself and wanted to give it a full 5 stars. With better customer interaction from the bartender, this place would easily deserve it. The day I was there tonight, which was May 18th 2026. I arrived about 730 and left about 845.

Came in for dinner and was able to sit in the bar area. The peanut butter pie was delicious. The "double on the rocks" was shameful. The service was ok at best and the seating is cramped and very loud. Not my kind of place anymore.

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a cozy, welcoming ambiance that set the tone for a great evening. The service was top notch--our server Jessica was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. She knows the menu very well. What impressed us was the fact that She anticipated our needs as if she was a mind reader. Without even asking, she brought out leftover boxes for our meal. The food did not disappoint. We started off wedding soup---which was so rich in flavor and amazing. Followed by the bacon wrapped shrimp and scallops and had the Linguini Fra Diavolo and the Veal Florentine. Everything was perfectly cooked with just the right amount of spice and flavor. To top off our meal, we had to have a takeout of the desserts. the tiramisu and the lemon mascarpone cake (recommended by Jessica as the two top desserts) ---both were the perfect sweet ending to a delicious dinner. Highly recommend this spot if you're in the area and craving authentic Italian with warm hospitality!

We found the food to be very good so we can see why they decided to bring us there. We decided on an appetizer and we ordered the bruschetta, it's served on warm focaccia bread, highly recommend it. For the dinner I chose the fettuccine with olive oil and garlic sauce, excellent choice. My husband had the baked gnocchi and it was delicious!! Service was excellent... Highly recommend this place!!

I've been here too many times to count. Back in town for…read moreChristmas, I had to stop in and see how they were doing. I'm happy to report that this place still has the charm, food, service, and atmosphere that makes it a must stop for a relaxed, pub experience with a Youngstown flare. The calzones are great. I always get sauce on the side. The wings are very good too. I don't think I've ever been here that I didn't get the Circle Salad. The Italian dressing is perfect Their beer selection has always been diverse and quality. I wish they had more than Penguin City from a local craft perspective. I'll be honest, I didn't get their pizza often when I lived here, but we didn't eat much pizza. When we did, we opted for Sam's in Newton Falls, but IC was a close second when we wanted more diverse topping options. I don't recall ever being disappointed. Service at the bar on this visit was stellar. If Polina is working the bar, you'll be in for a treat. Ask to see her dogs, Pumpkin is adorable In the end, this place has a vibe, if you wanna make it happen. We loved it on cold winter evenings, warming up with a beer and a calzone, sitting at a high top and enjoying each other's company. Life is what you make it, Inner Circle provides a great backdrop

We had paper placemats showing the menu and prices. It took some time for the waitress to come to the table to even take our drink orders. As she was taking the orders I heard someone ask for Cauliflower crust for their pizza so I asked if the Boss Pizza I was ordering from the right side of the menu (which I pointed to) under "Specialty Pizzas" came with a Cauliflower crust. She said it did so I asked for The Boss Pizza (which had 4 meats) with a Cauliflower crust. Little did I know that the $13.99 8" pizza I was ordering (and expecting maybe a small upcharge for the crust) would turn out to be $19.99 in a 10" "gluten free pizza from the opposite side of the menu charging $1.50/each of the 4 meat toppings that was on the Boss! I feel the waitress should have pointed that out since I would never pay $19.99 for a 10" pizza, especially the quality that came out! She was complicit in the deception! The quality was so poor that what I took home wasn't even fit to be consumed after reheating in my air fryer. Most other restaurants I frequent employ waitresses that are quick to tell you of any upcharges and ask if that's okay. And since there were 8 in our party, each paying separately, we were each charged a 20% "gratuity" of our charges on our bills for "a party of 8 or more" as printed on the menu, poor service or not! In the end I ended up paying $29.94 for a horrible pizza and a glass of lemonade!
