Jeff was an absolute blessing to us as first time homebuyers that are also brand new to the area. I had reached out to schedule an inspection after business hours, fully expecting to hear back from him the next morning. Much to my surprise and delight, Jeff reached out about an hour later and walked me through the scheduling process. On the day of the inspection, Jeff and Bill (the Wood Destroying Insect Inspector) arrived promptly and early to our inspection appointment, which gave us time to become acquainted with them. They took the time to walk us through everything that they were inspecting, and were incredibly transparent in what they were observing, and what exactly that meant. The report came back promptly the following morning, which gave us ample time to go over and talk to our relator before our option period was over.
