When you're making such a large investment in a new home, you want to know everything that is going right AND anything that may be wrong. Preston took his time with us, explained the entire process, and made sure we felt included every step of the way. After the inspection, Preston personally called us and walked us through their findings. He provided pictures and videos showing exactly what they found and clearly explained why certain things needed attention. Since neither of us are inspectors, that level of explanation and communication meant so much to us. We truly felt like we were part of the team throughout the entire process. We're extremely grateful for Preston's honesty, knowledge, recommendations, and attention to detail. He even offered to come back after the builder completes the repairs to make sure the items they identified were properly addressed. Way to go, Kingdom Inspections! We could not have done this without you guys. Thank you, Preston and team, for giving us greater confidence and peace of mind about our new home. We highly recommend Kingdom Inspections!

FANTASTIC! Is the only word that describes the professionalism and dedication of Mitch Cohn…read more Unlike other contractors in the area that will do a mediocre job, Mitch has far surpass my expectations! Brief story, I belong to an HOA and let's say, they are very straight stick and hard to deal with. I sent many contractors to take care of some issues regarding my property, mostly exterior cosmetic. Each time the contractor completed the work, I received a call from the HOA, as I am out of town and they complained that the work was not done to their standards. This went on for a few weeks until I found Mitch (a Godsend). He was thorough and honest and explained in detail what he can and cannot do. He did not try to sell a pipe dream, but told me exactly what will be done. Mitch even went as far as breaking down the cost of the materials to me over the phone. He did not have to do that, but he did as I am out of town and un-like many contractors, that were less than honest, Mitch was honest. Let me digress, finally, the HOA called me with the status of the work that Mitch completed and their first words were "FANTASTIC". It was like I hit the lotto! The work was done in the time I requested and met all specifications for the HOA. I will definitely recommend you to all my friends and Family! Thank Mitch for Serving our country and Thank you for a JOB WELL DONE! Sign, A Happy Customer for Life
