After that, Dr. Carmen said that my anxiety was annoying him, and that it was my fault that I was not sedated-- despite me following the procedure given to me at the pharmacy. So yeah, it could've gone better. I called later that afternoon to apologize. Everyone else who works there is truly a gem. Everyone there, except for Dr. Carmen, was understanding of my condition and was patient with me. This place could be a great place to have work done. Maybe I was just unlucky and caught Dr. Carmen on a bad day. Maybe give this place a chance.
