They are so kind, knowledgeable, gentle and most of all, they give you options. They ask you what you're comfortable with, and help you chose what is best for you. They don't push unnecessary things on you. You can tell that their main goal, is you being comfortable and leaving happy. The staff was so nice, and we had a good time chatting, I felt at home. From putting chapstick on your numb lips, to easing your fears, making you laugh, and checking on you when you're home... all the little things, they do. After that, Dr. Carmen said that my anxiety was annoying him, and that it was my fault that I was not sedated-- despite me following the procedure given to me at the pharmacy. So yeah, it could've gone better. I called later that afternoon to apologize. Everyone else who works there is truly a gem. Everyone there, except for Dr. Carmen, was understanding of my condition and was patient with me. This place could be a great place to have work done. Maybe I was just unlucky and caught Dr. Carmen on a bad day. Maybe give this place a chance. Although, if you suffer from mental illness, I would strongly encourage you to specifically ask for Dr. Weigel, or anyone who isn't Dr. Carmen.
