I reached out to John and he was here that afternoon to access the fallen tree and how best to get it off of my house. He gave me a price to remove the entire tree, haul away all of debris and grind out the stump. Mind you this tree was every bit of 6' at the base and was not a small task. The very next day John and his crew were at my house clearing the tree that was against the structure taking every measure not to do any further damage. Once that was done they proceeded to take the rest of the tree down taking every precaution to minimize damage to my yard. Once the tree was down and removed they ground out the stump, raked up and left as little impact as they possibly could considering the scope of the job. A month later I had the misfortune of finding a huge crack in in a 120' tall pine tree that looked to be ready to let go at any moment and that too would have made a direct hit on my home. I called John and he was at my house that very same day to look at the job. He secured the tree with straps at the cracked portion and assured me he would rearrange his schedule and get here that Saturday to start the removal of the tree as this was a priority. Well John and his crew did NOT show up on Saturday, they showed up earlier on Friday because we were due for a storm on Saturday and John did not want to leave it to chance for that tree to come down. He climbed that tree and limbed it off to reduce the exposure it would have during the storm. He returned that Sunday with his crew and proceeded to take the rest of the tree down, chipped it up and when they left at the end of the day you couldn't ask for a neater job. If you need a tree removed this is with-out a doubt the most professional, on time, reactive company out there that will do a quality job and you will get the best value for your money and I am willing to put my name to this testimonial. He did a great job trimming the shrubs. Unfortunately he could not clean out the beds as requested. Our understanding was that he would dig everything out of the beds. Instead he weed whacked everything and it all grew back. He also agreed to cut down a small tree which he did not do. I have contacted him since last October to find out if he was planning to come take the tree out but he has never gotten back to me. So now we have things growing back, the tree is still here and we have received no response and no refund for the work not done. We are very disappointed.

Once we reached out the responses were quick and within a week we had an estimate and a date set to anticipate the work being completed. We were offered options on how much or little work they could do in the way of the tree removal. They were very knowledgeable about the trees on our property and made recommendations on a surrounding tree that we didn't realize posed a threat to our shed. After having it removed it was clear it was only a matter of time before it became an issue if it had been left standing. After receiving about 4 other quotes, Kevin and Expert Tree Service was surprisingly on the lower end of the quotes, and the operation was more substantial than the other quotes received. The equipment is state of the art, and no staff had to climb the trees for cutting purposes. Safety is a major concern, and the equipment utilized facilitates this. Staff was knowledgeable, and courteous. Clean-up was phenomenal, due to the use of the best equipment. There were no tire tracks in my back yard, nor massive indentations to the yard from falling tree limbs. After there was minor damage to one small bush I had, the crew removed it and replaced it with a newer one without even having to ask. Highly recommend Expert Tree Service and will use in the future.
