Every renewal, prices increase significantly. When I call, the only reason they give for increases is everybody's have just went up do to repairs increases. Nothing they can do about it. The only thing they can do is increase deductibles but that doesn't make much of a difference so I'm shopping around. read more

Poor communication and inability to justify rate increases. Their communication is great when they want you to sign up, but suddenly stops when you inquire why they increase your rate by $130 per month without any tickets or accidents. read more

I set up auto pay with them after being with them for 6 years they stoped my auto pay and never informed me. I'm now the second person I know this happened to with them around the same time .My license got suspended and I didn't even know until I called and asked about my policy. I asked to renew everything and they told me there is nothing they can do for me because my license was suspended. (Because of there mistake) Long story short I would not recommend them to help you with insurance. read more

Yelp please give us the option of 1/2 a star. What ever one of these "agents" tell you they have done with your policy, any additions or changes etc, I would strongly recommend to follow up on your own and require to be given proof of such action taken immediately. In our case with them, Mr. Blessing "informed" us of the following: 1-Does not inform, or has anything to do with sending ins. coverage or not to Tallahassee (overseer for DMV and final word on your license status). 2-Agents did nothing wrong even when policies where changed and not updated (his "agent" Krista admitted to this step of verification check not being done on new insurer AND policy change. Admitted they just added it because I had an account.). 3-When accepting premium payments, they were aware of suspension, knowing the regulations and STILL took payments! I could keep going but that would give me another migraine. Advice to present or future clients: Check, review, questions and demand proof of anything they do. Including email and phone notification that they say they do. When caught or put on the spot, this man is very condescending, insulting in his tone, and should really be a used car dealer.
