Truly never, have we found an insurance pro as comprehensive and competent as Jeffrey Tew! He knew the nuances of policy hunting and on our behalf, matched us with a perfect Medicare Advantage plan. He researched plans until he delivered a top notch coverage by a major company that really benefited our situation. We had looked on our own thoroughly. But Jeff, armed with our concerns, Rx's and conditions performed magic! This is the fourth time he's shown us his unique level of quality service and resourcefulness. We're fans. I've been a State Farm customer for over 40 years in 8 states and dealt with over a dozen agencies…read more Never have I been treated as rudely as I was today in their office. The reason I even went there in the first place was lack of response to e-mails and failure to call back when they promised. First, this may be "Scott Cameron's" but he never deals directly with his customers. On my way out I tried to enter his luxurious office and the receptionist had a fit (he wasn't even in there)! The young woman who I dealt with was rude and refused to provide me with any answers. The answer I received was obviously biased by what he was told by the same staff who treated me like I was a child. Perhaps if the owner ever bothered to communicate with his customers directly he would get a more balanced view. As for so-called honest responses, "That's how it is jn Florida" does NOT explain why his staff provided me with an initial quote which was increased twice in the next few weeks by hundreds of dollars due to my car no longer being safe by State Farm standards - the same car State Farm has insured for 10 years and has every safety option on it that my two year old Infiniti has which cost almost a thousand less per year!!

I don't even know how I am still listed with this company, they never informed me of my original company of St. Johns Ins was being liquidated and didn't find out until 3 month after I get a document from another insurance that I was changed over to them and my payment is now quadruple what I was paying here in Florida. And I was stuck with them since they setup the dues already with my mortgage company which raised my mortgage by a lot and my situation of getting a 4 point check to get another company was out of the question. These people screwed me by not providing the notice needed to find another ins company.

Even after you request to talk to the person who wrote your policy, they will not call you, only communicate via text. I have been waiting for 10 weeks for a refund for a policy that I canceled. I can only imagine how long you would have to wait if you actually had a claim. I would never recommend anyone doing business with this agency or State Farm in general. I have had nothing but issues with billing, getting correct information, and just being able to talk to a human.

I called Bradley Blessings agency and a woman with a very pleasant demeanor answered. She told me she would forward my call to Jared Clark and he would get right back to me. Jared did call me right back and wrote me a homeowners policy I was very happy with. No pushing me to several departments, no stress, just getting the job done as positive and efficiently as possible. Being from SC, I was not familiar with Florida's 4 point inspection, he explained it and referred someone who was out the next day. So glad I found this no hassle/no stress insurance agency.
