My primary care physician referred me to this clinic, and sent all of my information to this clinic. My referral was complete in a few days. I then called this clinic back in March, and was informed that their clinic is packed with clients and that I'd have to schedule about 4 months in advance. Though, not what I wanted to hear, I understood. So, I made an appointment for July 19th, 2018. I received a call yesterday (July 13th, 2018) that the doctors actually can't help me in the areas I would like help in, without even looking at me! It took you guys 4 months of my time to read 1 report of mine sent in 4 months ago to see that you can't help me?!

I originally asked about a breathing treatment and was told they no longer do them due to Covid. I asked about getting a nebulizer as I couldn't breathe deeply enough to use inhaler. (They know I have COPD) Nothing came of that, the medical assistant told me to go home and use Flonase the way she explained how to. She said I can give you more antibiotics if you want but your lungs are clear so they won't help. I said the doctor mentioned pneumonia last week so she said I can order an xray but that's the only way to know. I said I didn't want more antibiotics if not needed, I wanted to breathe. Again, go home and use the Flonase and she left! This was 8:15 in the morning, so not sure why she was so rude. I've always felt valued before in this office, but this was very unprofessional!

P.A. Kevin Hall was recommended by a coworker five years ago, and i have been seeing him ever since, except on occasions when he was out of the office and took an appointment with one of their other medical members. Cottonwood Medical has worked me into their schedule more than once. there have also been several occasions when i couldn't get in, but those occasions weren't emergencies. when it really mattered, they got me in.

She says "insurance requires it", but it absolutely doesn't! The office staff is the absolute worst! They file insurance claims late, fail to bill patients for services and then make harassing calls for payment over the phone. They are very unfriendly - from the closed window in the waiting room to scheduling the next appt. Upon finding another Dr, I found out 3 people I know had the exact same issue with Dr Lieber and staff and had also moved to another Dr. I only wish I had known that before I changed to this practice.

When I did I went to Primacare. If you ask me I wouldn't go to any other place , after the first visit, I decided that Primacare was going to be the place that would take care of me. I've chosen Primacare to be the house of my primary care physician. I've been going to them for years and have been listened to, cared for, and any opportunity I can. I recommend them to everyone. I've seen all the doctors that work with Primacare, specifically in this location, and everyone is so kind, considerate, and just wonderful people. Seriously. If you need a primary care physician this is the place for you. 10/10 100% care love them.
