The studio is a perfect size for about 15 people MAX. It shares a door with Market Street Eats, as soon as you come in, keep heading up! I like that Kristin is attentive to her students and makes corrections as needed, to help you reach your full potential. I attend the "yoga beats" class with the instructor Liz (who is amazing and full of energy), she has changed my perspective on yoga and still gives me a real workout. I highly recommend stopping in for a class for any visitors to Portland and Maine residents looking for something new. K and I love exploring the Old Port after our classes too, it is always an adventure.

The pilates reformer classes alone are worth dropping by for a killer workout at a reasonable price point. The pilates instructors are all wonderful and their workout/instruction styles vary. Maggy and Cate are two of the best pilates instructors I've ever come across - I take their classes and I walk out feeling like I am both a jelly roll and also the strongest person on planet earth lol. This is the premiere pilates studio in the area - can't tell me otherwise. I appreciate the variety of other classes (yoga flow, barre, dance, strength & conditioning) to make sure you cross-train your body.
