After months of requests, we called the owner for help, and things kind of moved with excuses. After that, things went back to their normal with a lack of communication and no response. We canceled our with them and kept a few items for a small fee. Out of the blue , we were locked out of all of our bookkeeping accounts. They cited that " we never keep old copies for a fee." Yet they had no problem taking the monthly fee from our credit card. We asked for a refund, and we were met with silence.

I have to call AMEX to explain that I am not receiving the services charged for and get them to reverse the transactions.
