I started with her back in October of 2019 I had two accident on my record and she got me a decent rate for what I thought I was getting then $245. Then almost a year later I had a minor accident no big deal understandable my fault but then when she said she looked around and tried to find me the best possible deal at $420 a month with progressive. It more then my car payment itself which I financed, she said she also applied all discounts she could and it couldn't possibly get any lower. Low and behold I am shopping around and found car insurance & renters insurance with another local agent through Allstate for $230! Are you kidding me $200 less that what I was paying through an agent that I trusted. They only care about the commission look over your policy's with care. Then to top it off when I went to look at my insurance cards and find my agent number to contact to cancel she had switched me over to another Agent in her office I have never spoken to in my entire time being with them. Completely and utterly unprofessional and incompetent, I should have been informed immediately of the change in agents. We realize the insurance industry is very competitive but to be condescending and not satisfied as to why we were changing was wrong. There was no thank you for 40 years of patronage even.
