First off let me say the person that prepared my taxes was very friendly and polite…read more I went in because I wanted the rapid refund and for no other reason, told them that , was VERY clear that i can do my taxes online myself but wanted a rapid refund. I was never told (and it doesn't say it on HR Block website) that rapid refund is only set amounts and not whole refund until after my taxes where done. Then the rapid refund did not even get approved for absolutely no apparent reason, I later learned rapid refund is often denied if you itemize deductions. So I paid a bit over $300 for something I could have done myself in 10 minutes.
