My experience with All City Bail Bonds was extremely frustrating. When the defendant attempted to…read moresurrender himself, we received more excuses than assistance. After he received a Failure to Appear (FTA), I encountered even more excuses regarding apprehension and client surrender. Rather than helping resolve the situation, I was repeatedly told to convince him to come into the office himself. Most importantly, I felt that important details were never fully explained from the beginning. When paying cash, collateral was added without my knowledge or further communication Or explanation. When addressing this I was told my comprehension was not his problem. The owner blamed me for the Failure to Appear, even stating in writing that I must have threatened the defendant, despite the defendant having an extensive history of missed court appearances. Whenever I tried to advocate for myself or ask questions, I felt dismissed, insulted, and treated as though I was the problem. Communication was poor, they don't call you back and I was charged fully. when revoking the bond I paid a fee and filled out a form indicating my intention and reason for my request.I still haven't received a copy of that form after multiple request. later I was told that fee was for attending court not revoke and they changed my revoke status to not approved even though it was requested and completed before the court hearing date. What was most disappointing was that I ultimately had to do much of the work myself to get the defendant back into custody. I expected guidance, support, and professionalism during a difficult situation, but instead I felt blamed and left to handle matters on my own. Based on my experience, I would not use this company again and would encourage others to carefully review all paperwork, ask detailed questions before signing anything, and make sure they fully understand all potential fees and obligations. read the fine print and don't ask them for a summary of the contract read everything.. I was also informed that defendant recovery services are billed at $150 per hour, and that response may not be immediate because time is needed to assemble a recovery team.

My brother used them and after his court case was over, the owner Eric would not release his car…read moretitle. They used every excuse. They charged him another $400 which I don't know why and then said he didn't have the correct paperwork, then it was waiting for the $400 check to clear. He will not return any phone calls. Went into the office twice and still got a run around. Threatened to get a lawyer and then title was returned. This took months have having to deal with them.
