I understand my grandfather lives a bit outside Spokane, but I felt that transportation should have been included in the overall quote--especially since I explained from the beginning where the pickup and drop-off locations were. Being told there would be an additional $100 gas or transportation fee seemed excessive, especially for a relatively small move. No hard feelings toward this company; I just want others to be aware of all fees and ask for a clear, final estimate before making a decision. Transparency is important, and it helps everyone feel more comfortable with the service.
