I was with a different law firm at the beginning of my case. A "bigger" more "famous" law firm that specialized in workers comp. After the initial consultation with them I had to constantly track them down and no one would get back to me. They filed a claim full of mistakes, some as obvious the date of injury or address, and never fixed it even after I reached out to them multiple times.
