He also waited until AAA arrived and we were able to get a ride with them. If we couldn't, he offered to get us off the highway so I could call someone from a safe area. I appreciated everything! I would definitely recommend them. Especially since we didn't even call them, he stopped on his own to check our safety.

The man that helped me with the sign up process started off very formal, but began making small talk about my travel plans and his past trips to the same area while we waited for his machine to load (it glitched in a few parts of the process, but nothing major). He was very personable! To sign up for pre-check AND to get passport photos taken while I was there only took me 50 minutes altogether, with a slight wait in between. I didn't realize you could do both of these services here, so I was happy to knock out 2 tasks I'd been avoiding at once. Very convenient large parking lot and easy overall experience. My photos were free thanks to my level of AAA membership status. They did not take the photo at the most flattering angle, which I feel like could have been avoided, but overall I was very pleased with how smooth both processes were.

Kudos, AAA for finding an employee that's willing to go above and beyond for your customers because THAT- is so very hard to find nowadays. Thank you Sheilita- and please keep my old license photo a secret from anyone that may ask

Booked a cruise through the AAA Show a few weeks back. We were told we would be contacted shortly…read moreby a AAA agent to give us our documents and Incentive (luggage). We were not contacted by the agent. Instead we had to go to another location and had the site manager find out who it would be. When we finally got a hold of the agent, she booked our reservation with the wrong last name. Even after emails with the correct name AND the booking slips. After a week, they finally fixed the last name. We made an appointment to go see the agent to collect our documents and "gift". We had to wait for over 30 minutes with no updates from the agent. The same booking directly from the cruise's website is actually $84 cheaper with the same incentives. Talk about a wasted effort. This is why it is better to just do it yourself. We will NEVER book anything through AAA again.
