The Groffs tried to charge me my security deposit due to their inability for care of property. Even hostetters told them they couldn't charge things they did. I have pictures of move n and out, every maintenance issue such as burst pipes and black mold. I even have a video of the landlord trying to break the lock on the garage on the property while we were still tenants. Needless to say I had to threaten legal action to get my deposit back. It also wasn't until i told both Hostetters and the Groffs that a 28% rent increase with no maintenance was unacceptable, did they ask us to leave. I went in and spoke directly to the owner of Hostetters Mr. Beiler, who asked for email if all the damage. The next day he called and told me that i had to move out. When i mentioned to Mr. Beiler that i would leave s review, his exact statement was "i guess you don't want help from us with a good tenant review." HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! If you want proof of this please email me. I will try to save anyone from the same behavior. Please see how often I leave a bad review. Almost never. So please take this to heart.
