Frankly, they provide nothing of what the median expectations are of any reasonable property mgmt company. Not only did the owner of the company, "Joe", show up late, overbook the showing, and was entirely off putting in his appearance, but he literally knew nothing about the house he was showing. This is not an exaggeration, the group of people showed ourselves around the house for around 10-15 minutes while "Joe" leaned against a countertop not offering any direction or information. When my fiancé and I took the initiative to inquire about some details of the home this is how it went. I asked "Joe", "so what can you tell us about the house?". He responded abruptly and oddly eagerly, "Nothing!", and then after noticing my perplexed look added, "well, I mean, what would you need to know?", arrogantly. I asked about the past winters electric and heating costs for instance, to his reply, "well, if you don't use any electric then it costs nothing, so we don't keep track of that sort of thing because its not important." He then decided to take a phone call in the middle of my next question and we decided to leave, in the hopes that we'll never encounter another company so assuming and impersonal. Save yourself the headache and deal with a company that cares enough to respect the people who pay their salary. Yours truly, Not a fan of "Joe"
