On pickup day, the guy who helped us was friendly and even assisted with loading everything into our truck, which I really appreciated. The chairs themselves were clean, comfortable, and looked great for the event. Pricing per chair was very reasonable, and I'd definitely rent from them again. The only downside was the delivery fee. It would've been $60 each way for a location just 2.5 miles away from the shop which felt a bit steep, especially for a small order. Thankfully we had a truck, so it wasn't a big deal for us, but it was definitely a bit of sticker shock. Overall, a great experience.

No biggie, we cleaned it out and it was fine. Returned it cleaner than we received it and did not get our deposit back because we were told it was "dirty". It made the whole process so much easier. We hired Sylvia for our daughter's 18th birthday party for about 25 people, and everything was perfect. They came early in the morning on the day of the event and set everything up, then came back about an hour before the party started with the food. Everything was right on time and looked amazing. The food was delicious as well, and we had plenty of leftovers. Not one complaint about the food, and these were 18-year-old girls, so that says a lot! We also had a photo booth and the telephone where the girls could leave private messages for the birthday girl. That was such a fun and special touch and ended up being one of my favorite things. Aesthetically, everything looked beautiful, and I'll add some pictures so you can see for yourself. Everyone we worked with from Sylvia's company was professional, friendly, and very efficient. At one point, the wind knocked over some of the photo booth decorations, and they came over right away and fixed everything without us even having to worry about it. One other thing I loved about working with Sylvia is that she is a Navy veteran. If supporting a veteran-owned business is important to you, this is a great way to do it while also getting an amazing product and service. As a business owner I think it's important to take care of your people and I think he was a little harsh on him. Also when it was time to pick up the bounce house he told us he was coming but we never gave him permission to enter the property. He decided to just walk in like he owned the place. He should have asked if he could walked in but he just saw that the lock was open and he thought it was an open invitation. We have 4 dogs and if wasn't careful they could have gone out. I could say without a doubt it would never had been stress free or run so smoothly without the huge help of Jessica and her wonderful team aka her daughters (amazingness runs in the family). We were on a mission to find vendors who were able to work with us on flexibility and responsiveness. After a search high and low, I stumbled on Jessica! She really set our minds at ease and was super responsive. Never took very long to answer any questions or concerns we had. Her line of communication was always open. She also has a "I'm not a push over attitude" which is what you need in a wedding coordinator. She will get your vendors in line if any step out of line or are slacking or needs to be done right away. These were all great signs so we decided to go with Jessica as our day of coordinator. We spoke multiple times about what we expected and she covered all the bases even ones we totally didn't think about. The day of the wedding, we felt in good hands and the proof was in the pudding. Walking into the ballroom, I was taken back! The centerpieces and decor exceeded my expectations. She went above and beyond. It all was perfectly placed and beautiful. At some point before the reception, there was a little miscommunication with the DJ but she made it a point to make sure he understood our vision and not what HE thought was best. She is also truly thoughtful. For example, when she grabbed my flats from my emergency bridal bag and handed them to me when taking pictures walking around the venue. She did it without me asking or discussing that I would desperately need my flats. Jessica and her team had our backs and we felt it. It was so awesome that I changed the name from "baby shower" to "baby wedding" because it was the most beautiful baby shower I or my friends and family have ever seen or been too! She is very crafty and made everything by hand. Everything that was there was authentic and original. She really puts a lot of time and thought into everything she does, she even goes above and beyond expectations. AND I am NOT exaggerating that at all because my boyfriend is the WORST! picky, boojie, fancy "Everything has to be perfect" worse than a bride on her wedding day kind of man. Let's just say when we walked in and saw what Jess had done, his jaw dropped! My baby wedding was such a memorable experience and I definitely owe it all to Jessica, and I'm positive she will do the same for you whether it be your wedding or baby wedding or whatever it is she can plan for you.
