There was always something missing at the self serve counter for condiments, serveware, etc. either they were out or they didn't have it to begin with. A friend and I would meet for conversation and NEVER did anyone ever come to bus or wipe tables in the section where we sat or offer refills of beverages. Haha, I guess coffee is no longer a bottomless cup! They have been removed from my misery, PTL. SO GLAD IT CLOSED.
