Needless to say, I was on Yelp finding someone else for a 2nd opinion. Jennifer at Metz called me and messaged me right away to view video footage and get something scheduled. I was able to call, text, and email her as often or as little as I needed to and ALWAYS received a response. The communication was exceptional from start to finish. Someone came out that same week to take a look and give out a timely estimate. This company does offer financing, although we did not use it. The quote was less than half of what the other company had quoted us. We got a straight forward diagnosis, with honest pricing, and reliable service. The team came out on the day they were scheduled at the time they were scheduled. They were able to complete our project in only 2 days. Extremely efficient, and walked my husband through what they were doing and put us at ease with what still needed to be done. The pictures and reviews from myself and everyone else speaks for themselves. While I hope to never need more restorative services on my property (LOL), if I ever did, I would 10,000% use Metz again. I will be recommending them to anyone I know who needs it. Absolutely amazing!

The manager got in touch with me and refunded $300 which made their price very respectable. The work was completed to my satisfaction. Very pleased.

The technician said he knocked (lie #1) and that he sat outside on my steps for over an hour (who has time to do that???) He snaked the drain and it got stuck. He tried with everything he had in him to pull it out. It took another good 30 minutes to free the snake. That evening I proceeded to my basement, and much to my dismay....the sludge from the drain in the yard was suddenly in my basement with a hole in the wall. I called back and was told that 2 technicians would be out before the end of the night to run a camera down the drain. The original tech came back and told me to wait until it dries to clean it up - WHAT?!?!? Needless to say..the other 2 never showed up either. The tech said he was off duty but was curious to see what happened. Next day (now 3 days after initial incident) was Sunday, we were told that a SUPERVISOR was coming out by the end of the evening. Guess who came? NOBODY! Monday - we were told that someone would call us (after 1pm) to tell us what time he would be there. They were at the door at 7:30am and my son had to leave for work, so tech could not stay - told us to call when someone would be home and he would be back. I called at 5:15pm and was told that someone was in route to my place. That is a complete contradiction to what I was told earlier, however I was close enough to home that I could get there quickly. Waited till midnight. Not only did they not show, they didn't call either. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY! I WILL LEAVE A NEGATIVE REVIEW ON THEM ANYTIME I CAN - it is UNACCEPTABLE and UNPROFESSIONAL

I've been using this business for our HVAC services. This guy that owns the place is very friendly,…read moreprovides you a straight answer of what is happening and what needs to be completed. He's easy to talk to. He originally came out to service our furnace and did a wonderful job, and came out to help service our air conditioning unit in the past. Recently we ran into a larger issues. Our Carbon Monoxide detectors were going off allowing nearly 600 ppm of carbon monoxide into our house. What was ultimately happening is that when the water heater was being utilized the liquid wasn't burning properly. I asked a plumber to come out and he said he doesn't do that work but he was helpful on who to call, he said a chimney sweeper in which I tried that and that wasn't the answer, turns out after talking to a second plumber they said HVAC. That's where I ended up at. He reviewed the situation and checked the pipe at the top to see if any nests were in there and if it was burning properly. He was barely getting a reading, there was a hornets nest forming in the pipe. He then noticed my furnace was clicking on and off and didn't sound right. He wanted to evaluate that as well to ensure it wasn't the issue. He then figured out that the pipe was off. It fell off at some point. causing all of the carbon monoxide to flush back into the basement causing the alarms to go off. He fixed this will new piping to help resolve the issue that was happening. He added some 90's to fix the issue. It flows better, cleaner and right to the point. Oh and he fixed the furnace as well, it needed a new filter. Now if I'd called Gillece this would have cost me 5k to get all of this work done. He's affordable and does an amazing job. I highly recommend his services.

Holten came out and I explained what was going on with the basement bathroom. We walked around talking about different way to figure out what was causing the smell and he "I'm going to just walk around and check things out" within 1 minute he yelled out "found it". Under the sink in the bathroom and vent check valve was missing. The contractor plumber never installed it when the house was built 2 years ago. He said he could fix it right now and gave a very reasonable price. I said go ahead and within 30 minutes he had fixed a problem I had been dealing with for the last two years. He was very knowledgeable and even found a pipe that was not glued when he was installing the valve and fixed that as well I would highly recommend this business for their expertise and value for what they do. I added them in my phone as the first business to call for my plumbing needs.

I was doing a favor for a neighbor who had a water line burst on her. She had an insurance contract…read morewith the water company that covers her in the event of leakage and this company is one of their recommended repair companies. The man who came to her house advised me that after using sound technology the "leak" was actually coming from my property since part of her line crossed over to my backyard. I gave written permission with the understanding thinking that if her pipe was indeed causing backflow into my yard then it must be addressed. The letter the neighbor wrote also indicated that once the work was done Mister Sewer would arrange sometime in the future to have a landscaper come out and repair damage to my yard. The original agreement was written as basic restoration consisting of "soil and seed." Later on when the owner signed off on it the limitations per her insurance contract limited them to basic restoration which was "seed and straw" as well as leveling. I was not given opportunity to initial this change as acceptable since I received a printed copy with the signature and addendum. On the day they did the work and dug up the area as deep as a grave the water line was tested. There was no leakage at all coming from the pipe that was under my yard but rather was somewhere under the concrete below her deck. They completed the project by forcing out the defective copper using an underground snake technique from her water shut off valve in her home. They replaced the line with what they call a superior plastic by Uponor. My understanding was that this pex product expands and contracts and is more durable than copper and will last longer. I did learn that without this insurance the base cost is at least $2500.00. My neighbor was grateful and pleased with the work they had done. I, on the other hand, have to consult other landscapers in order to get the right information on how to properly restore my lawn as well as allow for eventual settlement where the hole was dug. Hopefully in time I will get the information needed and go accordingly. I'm sure they are a fine company to work with but when you are filing an insurance claim they usually use the least invasive means possible and must limit their work and restorations according to the guidelines set by the insurance company. Please be aware of that fact if you are paying a water/sewer insurance premium on your water bill.
