Dr. Z is the most thorough and complete one of them all. Best of all he actually listens, which is a rare quality in health care these days. His approach is to treat the root cause of the problem rather than mask it. I'm at the point where I live with almost no pain rather than the constant pain and tightness I felt before. That's 100% because of his capabilities as a chiropractor. He doesn't push silly add-ons like a lot of other chiropractors I've visited, he keeps it where it needs to be: adjustments, instruction on how to lift/move/sit correctly, effective icing of inflamed areas, and healing exercises. If you need a chiropractor who will give you results, Dr. Z is your man. I can't stress how much he's helped my life.

He wrote down the name and number on a piece of paper and said, "This is where you need to go; this is where I send all my patients." From the first phone call to set up an appointment, to my most recent visit this week, I have been treated with utmost compassion and care. The great thing about Helping Hands is that there are several doctors there, each different and unique in the treatments provided, and you get to decide what works best for you. For me, the kinesio taping, Magnezyme supplement, and exercise suggestions offered by Dr. Faas has been very helpful. My personal favorite though, is the Graston Technique, or instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization, used by Dr. McChesney. This is one of the many techniques she uses to relieve my pain, and with regular adjustments, I often feel better by the next day. Combining their expertise has helped put me on the road to recovery, and minimize the need for pain medications. I have not yet met all of the doctors and therapists, but have been thoroughly impressed by those who have treated me thus far. From the front desk staff, to massage therapist and doctors, everyone I have met is extremely knowledgeable. They use an integrative approach, and communicate well with one another, ensuring the best treatment possible. Most of all, they listen and they CARE. They are always eager to help in any way possible, and are wonderful resources. They are truly compassionate people, and treat me like family. Words cannot express my gratitude. Virginia Hatter

Dr. Lian is a master and that distinction is instantly recognizable…read more Before becoming a patient myself, I brought my father in as an alternative to physical therapy and a second back surgery. After the initial surgery was ineffective, the physical therapy seemed only to make matters worse. My father would experience intense chronic pain, loss of balance and coordination, and be in constant fear of falling and at risk for injury. His mental well-being was also negatively impacted as a consequence. I sat in for my father's first two sessions with Dr. Lian. Within minutes the doctor pin-pointed the exact locations upon my father's body that required treatment. Dr. Lian will see what typical radiological examinations can reveal by just a touch and her naked eye. Dr. Lian is remarkable and incredibly skilled. It is obvious that she has devoted her life to the healing of others and takes each day to heart toward the fulfillment of this purpose. Immediately after his first session with Dr. Lian, my father's results were astounding. And since, my father's chronic pain has greatly subsided, his balance has improved tremendously, and his attitude has shifted positively. After a few weeks of my father's treatments and bearing witness to Dr. Lian's expert prowess, the rest of our family has since decided to go for treatments. All of us are convinced and Dr. Lian's ability should not be taken lightly. Her brilliance is quite special and she, herself, worth cherishing.

One of the things I love about this practice is the ability to book online, even as a new patient. When I checked in, they explained my pricing with insurance and what it would be additionally if I were to get X-rays which I appreciated not being blindsided. Dr. Weigle herself came and got me and we quickly went back to the exam room. She took a detailed H&P, did some X-rays, went over them with me, then we got to treatment.
