Thought to expand on my previous review. Have been playing guitar for 56 years. Trust me.. no matter what I have executed and accomplished in life... music is my soul. Last summer, I managed to tear my right rotator cuff. Was unable to "hang" my right arm over the box of any of my acoustic guitars. I was devastated! My Primary Care Physician misdiagnosed (even with an X-Ray) as arthritis. He prescribed lots of medications for pain. After 6 months with little to no change, I demanded the PCP send me to a Ortho. Ortho clued me in that it was a torn rotator cuff in about 3 minuted. Of course... surgery was recommended with an 8-10 month recovery. I decided to go back to Dr. Mike and give chiropractic a try before surgery. I am extremely glad I did. Within 3-4 months I was able to play guitar again. He not only fixed my shoulder through chiropractic and suggested exercises... He fixed my soul! Better than that it does not get. read more

My 15 year old daughter has seen Dr. Mike now 6 times this month. She is a cheerleader and also attends gymnastics classes. Her complaint was mostly lower back pain. Dr. Mike is phenomenal. First and foremost, he explains the procedures and assessments clearly. He is patient, kind and has made my daughter feel very comfortable. The adjustments have alleviated much of her lower back pain, and I know she wants to continue to see Dr. Mike in the future. His Office Manager/Assistant, Fonda Tate, is exceptional! She is very approachable, helpful, courteous and kind. She goes Above and Beyond to help the patients. Thank you Dr. Mike and Fonda for helping my daughter feel so much better! Now, if I can get over the fear of being adjusted, the only person I will go to is Dr. Mike! Happy Holidays to you, your family and patients! read more

Dr. Mike and his office assistant, Fonda, are amazing! I have been a patient of Dr. Mike's for nearly 15 years! He has always taken the time to explain how my body works and different stretches I can do at home between visits to help with my minor complaints. He is very knowledgeable and respectful towards any questions I have had in the past. I even moved five hours away for a few years and came back to Barnhart on a monthly basis just for my appointment because I couldn't find any chiropractor that came close to Dr. Mike in my new town and state. I would highly recommend Dr. Mike to anyone looking to see if chiropractic services are for them or anyone looking for a new chiropractor! read more

I have whole body degenerative arthritis and had been in extreme pain for many years, which included taking prescriptions for my pain. I just happened to stop by and inquire at Dr. Finley's office. He was very helpful and informative. Once through the initial treatment, I was even able to stop taking my prescriptions for my pain as I don't have the constant pain anymore. I'm able to walk, bend, sit, reach, etc. without pain now. Dr. Finley also explained the need for monthly maintenance which I've been going once a month and will continue forever! He really cares about his patients. If you have any pain issues at all, I highly recommend Dr. Finley! read more

I have been going to a different chiropractor multiple times a week for over a year with limited results, I have neck/shoulder issues as well as curvature of my spine and loss of the curve in my neck. I was very skeptical of trying someone new, however, I took a chance with Dr. Finley and I'm amazed how much better I feel. He has been able to relieve so much of my pain and has given me more movement in less than two months. I have a couple more months and then hopefully a maintenance program after. I highly recommend him to all my friends and family. Dr. Finley and Fonda are very nice and attentive to your needs. read more

As a patient of Barnhart Chiropractic for over a decade, I can highly recommend their services. I originally contacted them regarding lower back pain brought on by my working environment. Currently, I visit monthly for managing that same body stress which is still prevalent in my workplace. Dr. Michael Finley (Dr. Mike) is the absolute best at listening to my concerns and tailoring each visit's treatment accordingly. He is a true professional, and his demeanor, expertise and genuine concern, are all major contributing factors to the longevity of my relationship with them. Robert read more

After much research, I ended up at Barnhart Chiropractic and I couldn't be happier. My whole experience so far has been above my expectations. Dr. Finley does a great job of explaining things and addressing any questions I have. Fonda is just the nicest. She schedules and reminds me of appointments and doesn't mind my kids eating all her candy when I have to bring them. They are very flexible with appointment times and get you in quickly. I am so glad I made the choice to take care of my back pain at Barnhart Chiropractic! read more

Dr. Finley has done wonders to my previous back pain. Easy to schedule or change appointments. Fonda is the secretary. She is always welcoming and helpful. Children are welcome. They have a very short wait or even no wait at all! Dr. Finley listens to your concerns that may change from week to week (i.e. Main concern for going was upper back but lower back has a kink). He is very knowledgable giving great quality to his profession. He gives you to honest truth and proves his work! I definitely recommend Dr. Finley! read more

I went to Dr. Finley for a severe pain in my back. During my initial visit he started asking about my history with headaches. I told him that I get headaches every other day and have had them since I was about 12 years old. I'm 40 now. He's been treating the back issue; however, he's also focusing on an issue in my neck area. I've been going to him for about 3 weeks now (3 times a week) and have only had one headache since I started. That is life changing! Thank you Dr. Finley!! read more

We have been patients for close to ten years; myself, daughter and son. Dr. Mike is genuine and caring. He educates his patients because knowledge is power! In 2006 Dr. Mike found a spot on my x-rays. He had my x-rays reviewed stating that the spot was in the renal (kidney) area. That was a significant finding for me as the x-rays previously taken by my medical doctor could not find this kidney stone that was causing me pain. So yes, Dr. Mike is highly recommended! read more

I've been to several chiropractors over the years and Dr Finley by far has been the best. He really took time to listen to me and did a through exam. He also gave a detailed report of what was causing my problem and recommendation. I'm feeling good and very pleased with care. Another thing is that surprised me is that I almost never wait more than a few minutes or none at all to see the doctor even when it's rather busy. read more

There isn't a better and more compassionate chiropractor that I know than Dr. Mike Finley. He listens and works with you on every level. He is always there to listen and explain anything you want to know. I'm on maintenance but I've been going to Dr. Mike for over 10 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. Super nice man and Fonda: well: she is so sweet and very helpful and friendly to everyone. read more

I've been going to Dr. Mike's/Barnhart Chiropractic for about 11 years now. I had a lot of lower back pain when I first started and now I very seldom have pain. I try to maintain a 4-6 weeks visit just to keep in tune and help keep from having any pain. I highly recommend Dr. Finley to anyone having any type of pain. Thank you Dr. Mike! I know little about bones, vertebrae, and the like. What I know is I had a dull ache in my neck and shoulders for several years for which one doctor wanted to give me a narcotic pain killer. A friend recommended Barnhart Chiropractic and after two sessions I was virtually pain free. What more is there to say before going to see Dr. Finley I always hurt and now I don't. read more

I've been going to Dr. Finley for almost a year, and he's great. Each adjustment is a little different, because every time I go my body is a little different. He never just phones it in. Fonda, his assistant, is terrific too, very efficient and friendly. Both Dr. Finley and Fonda are very accommodating and flexible with respect to scheduling and anything else I need. read more
