Over the years, I have been lucky enough to work with Dr. Fishel directly and while I still receive adjustments from her every now and then, most of my adjustments are provided by Dr. Christine Carson. Every now and then, they have students in the room to observe and I have even been adjusted by a student, Dr. Isabelle. Of course, it's scary to offer my body as practice for a student, but I have full trust in her and know that she would not be adjusting if she was not fully ready and prepared. The front desk gal, Julie, is a delight and I just love how friendly she is when I arrive. The energy in this office is just what I need and I am really happy to continue working with this team. My body feels so much better than it ever has. While sometimes it takes a few tries to get my body cracked or adjusted, we work together to get things moving the right way and as the team knows, I laugh when a good 'pop' happens. It's really the best part of my week. Maybe last year (or the year prior) they began offering packages for adjustments which can help save some money so I signed up for a package which means I am going to continue for at least another year! The office is off of Lindbergh (closer to I-55) it's fairly easy to find. Parking lot is a tight squeeze. Nice clean office, albeit smallish with about 4-6 chairs. After being greeted by Jenny, I didn't wait long for consult maybe 5-8 mins whilst Dr. LeBlanc finished with another patient. Here is my Chiropractic visit in three easy steps.. First, a brief history, the doc made suggestions. Then, into a massage room where a lovely woman (sorry, can't remember her name) placed pads on my back connected an EStim machine... Wow! Nothing worked to help alleviate the pain and discomfort. I tried cortisone shots, pain pills, anti inflammatories..nada. I was referred to him by an old co-worker and I felt better almost instantly, I HAVE never had a bad session here, ever. He takes the time every visit to chat with me about what's going on and always gives me recommendations at the end. I am never rushed or made to feel like I am a number. They also use e-stimulation here which I think is a great perk. Also, the front desk staff, Tracy and Jessica, are absolutely phenomenal. Amazing personalities, so helpful and understanding, and organized to a T. There is no better two people for this job. Lastly, Erica, the massage therapist is the absolute best at what she does and the price is reasonable. She's hard to get into because she is THAT good but I have always left or after a day or so, feeling actually MUCH better. Silly I know ;) Luckily my lovely wide convinced my to give Primary Care a try as she and her family has success with treatment plans. Treatment started with some one on one time with Dr Marquart developing a full treatment plan along with goals I wanted to achieve and an understanding he treated causes of pain and did not medicate or recommend masking treatable pain. X rays followed showing a 1/4 inch shorter right leg!! Damn genetics!! A simple gel insert changed regularly helped my hips realign an started easing the pain.
