Dr. Krock has been spectacular. He is down to earth and gets right to the source of your pain. He talks you through the process, what he is doing, and why. I have heard horror stories and after just a few visits I walk into the office already feeling like family! Knowing I am in good hands. How wrong was I and shame on me for such assumptions!! I was introduced to Dr. Bradley by a friend of mine. Most recently I was in an auto collision and was having so much pain in my neck and ribs. I've been going to Dr. Bradley for about 2mths now. The waterbed massage table is awesome. The front desk staff is awesome. K & J are so sweet even when I show up all grumpy because I drove 30+ miles in all that blasted traffic and battling muscle spasms the whole way. Dr. Bradley is great in my opinion. I have good days and I have bad days,, like the old phrase goes..."Rome was not built in a day"... But hey,,, try it for yourself,,, you will feel a difference.

She works on a lot of kids so they are running around. Plus she is never on time. She blames her computer system but I was seeing her for quite a while and she has changed her system, but she is still 45 minutes to an hour late. She wants to help everyone which is nice, but it isn't fun getting to your appointment and having to wait for a super long period of time and having zero privacy from the people waiting on the other side of the curtain.

I usually dont speak up when i dont like something but i politely asked her to change the way the french tip looked as it was bulky on the end with minimal inside curve. she then made a high French tip but the inside curve was triangular. I asked her if she could change it a third time and explained that i waned it like the picture where they are more rounded. she proceeded to tell me the picture was airbrush and that someone cant do that by hand, even though my picture was from an social media post from a nail salon and very much so, not airbrushed. It's disheartening to speak up politely and not feel understood. I finally just gave up and said okay and let her do what she wanted, she seemed annoyed at my asking to fix them. My nails are bumpy and uneven and she rushed so bad and filed my skin. While I was there i had to say no to a pedicure no less than 4 times after saying I only came for a fill. I also got asked to do upgrades on my nails but i feel like they should focus more on doing what the client asks for, and less on pushing people to spend more money. Will not be back
