Last week the window I got was betw 8a and 2p - the guy never showed. By 3:30 I called and they gave me shorter windows for the following week. I asked for a different guy but was told he was the lead tech and because he did the initial spray it had to be him again. Today my window was 8a-11a. Guess what happened? He didn't show within that window either. After 11a I told him not to come. Sitting around waiting for a guy that isn't coming when there are PLENTY of other things to do is frustrating. It's also beyond unprofessional. Did I mention I still see spiders from the initial spray? Good luck if you choose them - maybe they'll come, maybe the won't, maybe the spray will be adequate.
