Nick's helper who did the carpet repair left a metal object in the closet where he cut out a piece of carpet. He did not clean up his mess which included little bits of carpet padding....a huge pile of them. While vacuuming the mess in the closet, I sucked up, in my vacuum, whatever the metal object was. Suddenly my vacuum began running very loudly. I contact Nick and he sent a friend over who checked out my vacuum and said the fan blade had been broken. Well, it wasn't broken before I cleaned up the repairman's mess in the closet! I contacted Nick and got back to me and said he wanted to replace my vacuum. We set up an appointment for him to come by the morning of Saturday August 23 and he did not show up. So, my vacuum is broken and I have not received a text message response. I am rating him 2 stars because his company is responsible for my vacuum being broken. It has been 2-3 weeks since this happened. I want it resolved as soon as possible. I'd like for him to get in touch with me, either via phone call or text to get this matter resolved. If he will make good on his promise to fix or replace my vacuum, I'll be happy to give him a 5 star rating.

Brittany, I cannot tell you how disappointed I am with Miracle Maids. Not only was the service not up to par, the entire process was truly a nightmare. I have outlined a high-level overview of the issues and will file a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau unless we get this resolved. Additionally, I will write unfavorable reviews if you, as the business owner, don't take responsibility. 1. I was told the maids would arrive between 11am - 1pm. I informed you that the previous owner was moving out first thing in the morning and not to arrive before 11am. You sent someone at 9am, which started the day off on the wrong foot. You then said you would send them out at 2pm to clean carpets. At 5:29pm, I still had not seen the carpet cleaner. I called you 3 times and texted you. Finally, Ashley showed around 6pm without ANY communication from you. 2. On June 2, a new girl, Sara arrived. She said Ashley would be joining her soon, but when Ashley arrived, she left. ALL she did was the master bath. In the master bath, she did not wipe down the drawers, clean under the sinks, baseboards, etc. When I questioned her about it, she said that all you had given her was a simple checklist. I told her about the move-in clean and ALL of the boxes I checked. She said she'd never seen that form and was given no direction by you, the owner. UNACCEPTABLE when someone is paying for a move-in service. 3. When Ashley showed, she brought her teenage son who had absolutely no clue. This is beyond unprofessional on Miracle Maids' behalf and is unacceptable. 4. Around 5pm, Sara showed back up to take after photos. I've attached the "after photos." The vents still aren't done. Drawers have not been wiped out, many baseboards are not done etc etc. Ashley was doing her best, but it is too much for one person. Yesterday afternoon, I actually jumped in and started cleaning. SERIOUSLY???? 5. Around 5:15pm, you sent Ashley a message to pack up and leave, even if it's not finished. WHAT??? Why would you, as the owner, not communicate directly with me if you're pulling crew? 6. Sara showed back up around 6pm willing to help, but it was pointless. There was still so much left to do. She said she had never been trained and had no idea what a move-in clean entailed.
