I contacted several other plumbing companies and no one even came close to the professionalism that I received from Daniels Plumbing. Daniel is extremely knowledgeable and honest. He took the time to really investigate the issues we were having under our crawl space. Other companies handed me pricey estimates without even looking into the problem to see what work actually needed to be done. I cannot recommend them enough!! I had attempted to replace a garbage disposal, but had an issue with a pipe falling apart. I emailed Rick after 9pm that night, and he responded to my email by calling before 8am the next morning. On the phone call, Rick clearly explained the work to be completed. Rick made the service call himself early in the afternoon, and resolved my issues quickly. He was able to access our crawl space, and navigate his way down there to running a new pipe for my kitchen sink. He installed the Garbage disposal, and cleared the clogged sink drain. The work was performed professionally, quickly.. and priced reasonably. The bill clearly listed all work performed, and detailed pricing. I will certainly use Rick Lucas Plumbing in the future, and I would strongly recommend giving him a call for your Plumbing needs.

He was at my house by 4pm replacing the seal, also swapped out the innards to the toilet because we were looking to do it anyways. I watched the entire time as I'd never seen it done before and he took a lot of care to make sure everything was done right and cleaned properly before putting it back together. He was finished in about an hour and a half at a very reasonable price!

Joe arrived…read morepromptly and discovered that the mysterious emergency switch in our basement stairwell actually turns off the entire HVAC system, including the thermostat. Yikes for us, but easy for him to get the job done. He serviced our system and gave us an estimate on a replacement for the 22-year-old AC unit. We bought our own Google Learning Nest thermostat off Amazon, and you heard it here first folks, DON'T DO THAT! It wouldn't work and I regret not letting Joe provide it himself. He reinstalled the old thermostat and now we've got a tuned up HVAC system that runs better than ever. When the bell tolls on our ancient AC, we'll have Walsh & Son handle it all like the pros that they are. Thanks, Joe!

We have tried contacting him multiple times and haven't gotten a response. Now our calls are sent to voicemail. Finally, when it was connected without him, we were told there is a leak in what had been installed. We wanted to give him the opportunity to fix it but no one answers or calls back. Update: no response still. We had two plumbers come out and couldn't believe this is how it was left. There was also no shut off valve installed on the same floor which was out of code. Surprised a licensed plumber would leave anyone in such circumstances, especially with a small child in the home.

I value that they were honest, fair and prices are reasonable. They called to let me know when they were on there way and they were on time. The first time i used them i had a really bad clog in my kitchen drain, the clog was so bad it had to be removed from the pipe in the basement. They were able to remove the clog and backed their work with a 30 day guarantee. That gave me great peace of mind. The second time i used them was for a problem i was having with my stack pipe. I was fortunate to not need the entire stack replaced. The cap to the stack was decayed and so they were able to replace it. Just a note that they don't cover their shoes/boots so if you don't wear shoes/boots in your home or your concerned that they might track debris and etc. you might want to provide them with shoe covers. They get the job done right but they don't really clean up the work area. So be aware that the job will get done right, but you might need to go behind them and clean up the area they were working in. Overall a solid experience.
