I dropped her off and was slightly turned off by staff.......a bunch of girls just talking and not paying attention to grooming. Got a call they CUT my baby and she almost lost her eye. They sliced her eye open. and cut her face. One good thing why I gave one star is they rushed her to the emergency and paid for it all! I cried my children cried and she had to have a mini surgery. Plus the hair cut was horrible! all choppy and not groomed good at all! She came out with a Phineas and Ferb haircut and looking like a pirate with one eye! But I am grateful my dog is still alive do not your send your baby too fancy paws.

I was running 15 minutes late, they called and said I was late, they can't take her and I need to pay a 50% fee. What? I've bent over backwards to help you for years and now this? Yes, we will charge the card on file.. Yeah no you won't... I didn't let a card be on file. They said before you can make another appointment you'll have to pay the 50% and I said looks like I'll be finding a new groomer. If a adult was on the other end of the phone and would've worked with me and just said, life happens we usually charge a 50% fee but you're a long time client and we'll forgive this once they would of retained a customer.

Our daycare experience was great, minus some turf burns on his paws but our boarding experience was less than ideal. When we came back to pick him up, there was this "hot spot" under his chin/neck area. When I brought it up with the staff at pickup, they weren't even aware of it. The lack of attention to detail on my pup is concerning as you could tell it had been festering for a few days. I hate that I am now left with this uncertain and uneasy feeling about his care there.
