When I ask questions, she answers me AND on one occasion told me she did not know about something but that she would RESEARCH it and get back to me... and she did! We operate on a platform of mutual respect. She is a caring professional and she knows that I am a responsible patient. When she prescribes something, I ask her what is it? Why do I need it? Dr. Pang and the staff at Full Circle have never been nothing but responsive, helpful, and accessible. I never had a consistent PCP until I started going here and I'm grateful because it turns out I have an autoimmune disease that the doctor caught super early, avoiding life threatening complications that can develop if goes unchecked. Healthcare in general is really frustrating in our country ... but going to see my doctor is not.
