The staff treated my puppy with care, and showered her with lots of affection. Wilco requires grooming services are paid in the front of the store at the main register, so by the time I returned to the grooming center with my receipt they were finished. After extensive research, we decided to go with Brandon and his crew at Arbor Science. They mostly don't advertise; it's word of mouth, and let me tell you, I found a whole bunch of people that have used him for years, and are extremely happy (I hear their trees are also happy too). :-) First, Brandon did a through site survey with us, and took the time to not only tells us about the many species of trees we had on our property, but helped us to understand how natural drainage would work on our particular plot and also gave a really good explanation for why we would want to leave some areas natural. We got a great "bucket list" quote showing the costs if we were to do everything we wanted (so it gave us a really good idea of the price tag on our total vision), and then he worked with us to help us identify the most important items to do first. We plan to chip away (ha!) at our list of things we want to do, a bit at a time. What I really like is that we are establishing a long-term relationship with our land, and our arborist. We are the ultimate beneficiaries of managing our land and trees well, and Brandon will help us do that in a sustainable and ecologically friendly way. Not to mention working with us a bit at a time, as we can afford to have him out to work. As far as the work went, our crew was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. Their experience level was obvious. Brandon came out several times that day to make sure everything was going according to plan. Our two main trees (which are huge) closest to our home were the priority concern, as prior owners had not done a whole lot. They took their time, and got them both just right. With the job they did, we won't need another thing done to those particular trees for 3-5 years. The day went well, they were careful, everything was done safely, and the clean-up was perfect. I truly appreciate the ability to build a relationship with a top notch, certified arborist, who is passionate about what he does, and will help us to maintain one of our most important assets, our trees.

We had taken out a number of trees in our yard and wanted a large tree that can be a focus for the…read morefront of the house. It was wonderful to be able to call Big Trees and set a time to see their trees. Daniel took us around and also helped us as we considered several types of trees. We determined that a Somerset Red Maple would be large enough and that it would be relatively easy on yard maintenance. The tour helped us decide that we really needed a tall (30' feet) to enjoy in the next few years. Big Trees was excellent at setting up a date and delivering the tree. It was amazing just to watch the equipment as they dug the hole and planted the tree (see pictures). Now we just need to follow their directions. Felix and the staff planting the tree were easy to work with. They helpled take down and reinstall part of our fence and they cleaned upt he site very well.

Not only was the selection and variety of trees fantastic, the professional advice we got from beginning to end of the process was on point and so helpful. From the initial visit being driven around the property on a golf cart to find the right tree, to the foreman's pre-planting visit, to the planting crew themselves, the entire experience was flawless. Everyone we encountered from BTT gave amazing service, had good humor, excellent communications, and took an above-and-beyond approach. It had always been a dream to have a greenhouse and last Christmas my husband said he wanted to…read moremake that dream come true. So he called Dennis 7 Dee's and was put in touch with Emily. She made an appointment and came to our home to discuss making this happen. Emily brought us a nice plant and a beautiful folder of greenhouse options. She had concerns about getting a greenhouse down a steep side yard. We said our good byes on a Monday and she said she would have options and prices for us on Friday. We were so excited. Friday came and went no call. Both my husband and I reached out the next week, no return call. The next week, the third Friday she responded to my husband and said she may have misspoken about getting back to us so soon. She never responded to my calls. Then she was never heard from again. Wow. We were shocked and saddened. I was titled by the staff in the Lake Oswego store as their number 1 retail customer. I guess the landscape division doesn't care if people shop there. So sadly, this double digit dream was not from them. The other team had no problem with the side yard. I guess D's does not care about their level of customer service or making a great sale. This was an epic customer service fail. If you are going to charge Nordstrom prices you better give Nordstrom customer service. I'm in love with my dream greenhouse but with Dennis 7 Dee's landscaping division, not so much. As a great customer, it is very sad.
