From the moment we walked into this adorable store, we were greeted by some of the friendliest staff we've ever met. We explained that we were there to use the dog wash, and the employee immediately showed us to the bathing room, explained how everything worked, and made sure we had everything we needed. The process was incredibly easy and stress-free. Our dog was such a good boy during his bath, and he even got a treat when we were finished! As owners of a giant Lab, finding a convenient place to bathe him can be challenging, but this experience exceeded our expectations. My husband and I will definitely be bringing him back for future baths. He smells amazing, looks great, and surprisingly didn't mind the bath at all. Highly recommend Super Dogs and Cats for anyone looking for an easy, enjoyable self-service dog wash experience!

Saw stairs so walked up them and turned around when I heard a voice downstairs. Woman asked if I went upstairs, I said yes and she sparked and said there was a cone that said not to go up. The first day the owner greeted us kindly and our dog walked right in! You walk in and feel warmly welcomed by the smiles on everyone's faces. The kennels have there own private area for each dog to go to the bathroom so they aren't being watched by other dogs. There is fencing between each kennel so the dogs get to see each other. This place is on a dead end street so it has a nice and peaceful tone to it. They also do grooming. The owner does it and she is great! This is a small local business that deserves a chance! Love this place:)

My previous groomer a lot of the time just mowed her down and she was bald and often had razor burn, as well as having spent alll day at the groomers. Pawfections takes the time to groom the dog and is careful of all the growths old Cocker Spaniel's get tend to get. The greatest thing is that the dog isn't there for 8 hours. She is washed, groomed etc and home within 2-3 hours. The groomers are a few $'s more than the previous groomer and then add on a tip but that's fine. Well worth the money. They also groom my American Cocker Spaniel who is 16yrs old and has a lot of growths on her skin. They have never knicked any of her growths and has never had any razor burn and they don't mind using vet supplied prescription shampoo I asked them to use on the dog. Awesome groomers!!! I don't know her name but at least the last time I saw her on camera had really short hair and was wearing a beanie of some kind. I'm not sure if that helps. I understand that photos get taken to post on social media and we love seeing them but this employee seems to just have her face glued to the screen and it just seems unsafe and unfair to the dogs.
