I tried to rent through this company but they took ~a week on average to respond to any type of email or phone call. I was desperate to find a place to live, I emailed and called multiple times over about 2 months and every communication event took about a week to get any kind of response (or no response at all) which is insane. They also said the property I was approved for was available for move in on 12-1. Yet when I visited the property they changed their mind and said it was still under renovation and it would be an "unknown amount of time" before I could move in. They said they'd follow up on a timeline but, again, took 1-2 weeks to get back to me even after I called and emailed trying to figure out when I could move. After emailing with more questions and getting no response for two weeks I decided it wasn't worth my time. very unprofessional for a business with multiple employees- there's no excuse

She found a much better place! With a landlord that actually cares about people! No credit check fee! No stringing you along and the place is well kept! Their loss!

I've lived here for about 2 months and I have only good things to say. I've had a few small…read moremaintenance issues that needed attention and they always jump on it very quickly and do good work. Neighborhood is pretty quiet and I feel safer here than my old apartment that had a gate. I cannot hear my neighbors through the walls unlike other places I've lived. I would recommend this complex to anyone that wants an affordable nice place to live.

If you have more than one vehicle, this is not the place to live. You can't park in the grass or in front of the mailboxes. They will fine you and have your vehicle towed at your expense. The management and maintenance are also EXTREMELY unhelpful. If you need something done, do it yourself or wait 6 months. Also, they do a piss poor job of exterminating. These apartments are infested.
