Incredibly slow response time, unclear communication, poor customer service skills, incorrect move in dates listed, and questionable properties. I tried to rent through this company but they took ~a week on average to respond to any type of email or phone call. I was desperate to find a place to live, I emailed and called multiple times over about 2 months and every communication event took about a week to get any kind of response (or no response at all) which is insane. They also said the property I was approved for was available for move in on 12-1. Yet when I visited the property they changed their mind and said it was still under renovation and it would be an "unknown amount of time" before I could move in. They said they'd follow up on a timeline but, again, took 1-2 weeks to get back to me even after I called and emailed trying to figure out when I could move. Called and called and called about a place for rent my mother-in-law had been waiting on! Always some delay in why it wasn't ready! They actually did her a huge favor after reading the reviews. She found a much better place! With a landlord that actually cares about people! No credit check fee! No stringing you along and the place is well kept! Their loss! read more

Horrible people, bad maintenance crew and all around just horrible. It first started with the house we moved to being filthy and then acting like that's good enough and when we needed work done the maintenance people just show up no call nothing and if we don't accommodate them we get threatened with charges. People in the office are so rude and act like anytime you call you're a bother. Calling for days just to get a simple answer and it almost feels like you're pressuring them to do their job. Horrible and so upsetting because the rental I'm at I like the area it's in but they do so poorly at managing this home it's so ran down. read more

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! I WOULD GIVE IT NEGATIVE STARS IF I COULD! They act like your maintenance issues are an inconvenience to them. Waited 4 weeks for them to just order a lint trap for my dryer after I called daily; then they have an attitude with me. Now I have a giant plywood board over my chimney because the owners decided to get rid of the chimney during a roof repair. Took them 3 weeks and me calling daily for them to finally just call the owner to find out that it is not a priority to them. So I guess I'll just have a giant plywood board on my wall during my whole lease. WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!! DO NOT EVEN ATTEMPT. This is the absolute worst rental company!!!! THEY HUSTLE DEPOSITS & LIE TO U ABT UR UNIT!!!!!!! I rented a unit & was told it would b ready to move in n a week but I had to put my 600$ deposit down to make it mine for sure so I did, a week passed by n I was told painting & cleaning whernt quite finished. Another week went by n I was living n hotel by this point n they had all my money.. finally I was given my keys n low n behold IT WAS FILTHY & DISGUSTING!!!!! Only 1 wall had been painted.. I WAS TOLD I could immediately return to office to get my deposit back n leave keys.. when I arrived to do so they refused returning my money n I had only had the apartment for 3 hrs.. I was treated like had dun something wrong n talkd to like a child by Stephanie who is the worst mannered of the horrible staff.. She told me she wasn't giving me my deposit back no matter wht but I wasn't provided wht I paid for n they think it's ok to do tht ppl.. They charge huge deposits for absolutely nothing they dnt clean, fix anything, nor do they have concern for tenant satisfaction ITS ALL ABT GETTIN UR MONEY!!!!!
