I don't know why I never left a review before, it's been a couple of years since I've been here. I spent 5 days in Oslo, and this bar was across the way from my hotel. I'm not really a drinker so much these days, I was originally drawn in by the name. Of course I'm a Bukowski fan. A quick visit inside turned into at least an hour of meeting up with friends, and meeting a few new ones. The staff was very chill, and handled a few very drunk patrons very professionally. It was good vibes for sure. There is still somewhat of a younger crowd here at nights, and it's a pub. You can't get decently priced beers, wine and cocktails. I saw a rare and beautiful bottle of Hennessy Paradis sitting on a shelf, which is rare to see in a neighborhood pub. At $350.00 USD a shot, I had a double. I'll never regret it it, as I have not yet met another person who can say that they have done the same yet. We all went back another time on that trip. Great experience over all and wonderful memories made, I'd definitely go back if in Oslo again. read more
