I sent a message and was quickly reassured the item would be shipped out by next week. I became suspicious that I was not going to receive my bowl when another week passed and I did not receive it or a tracking number. I started to lose hope and thought I was going to have to contact my bank. A couple days went by and I sent another message basically requesting a refund if the item was not available and I'm so glad I didn't receive a refund. My bowl is so beautiful. It looks more like a piece of artwork. It is worth the cost as well as the extended time it took to receive it. I highly recommend Martinez pottery.

She had an astounding amount of knowledge about ALL of the products I asked about and genuinely enjoyed helping the customer she took her time to answer all my questions and always treated me like I was the only one in the store and she had all the time in the world to help me purchase what I needed. I pulled up to HL to pick up my daughter and Karmen mouthed "trash" at me. For a business owner of an outrageously over priced kids store you'd think she'd have some common sense. What I think is interesting is that she appeared to be acting like "trash" for her behavior towards me. I wouldn't suggest this store to my worst enemy! Go to Dillard's for your children's clothing.
