Ladies! Let me tell you!!! I could not be more ecstatic about not having to fill in my brows every morning now. There is nothing worse than adding item after item to our daily maintenance list. This is the best thing I've ever done for my face! I used to get my brows threaded religiously & was so over it. & then, some brow threading place completely ruined my brows, forcing me to go filling them in like crazy. I waited 3 years for the patch the last brow threader accidentally ripped out to grow back, all the while trying to shape them myself because I no longer trusted anyone to touch my brows again. The patch never grew in completely. So I found Cassandra. & holy crap is she amazing. From the second I met Cassandra, I felt at ease & comfortable. Her studio is clean & professional & covered in her certifications. She put all my anxiety & nerves at ease & patiently walked me through the process, step by step. She shaped & drew in with marker (I think?) first so that I would know what they looked like. She uses sticker guides, rulers & frames to make sure to get your brows as symmetrical as possible. & then she applies a numbing cream to your brows to lessen any discomfort there could be. Ps. My experience with Bare Beauty was amazing! Though I have natural eyebrows, I have always still filled them in to provide shape. After trying various kinds of brow fillers, I settled for a mix between Anastasia's pencil and gel. It was a hassle, especially when the gel would dry, and I didn't always get them even or filled in the way I wanted to. I finally went to Bare Beauty for the first time in January after months of thinking about it. I read everything that there was out there about the process and how it would feel, the healing process, etc. On the day of my appointment, I came barefaced and hadn't touched my brows in weeks, but was super nervous about the potential pain, and adding something semi-permanent to my face. Instantly, Cassandra, the owner of Bare Beauty made me feel at ease and provided me with a detailed information about what was going to happen and how she was going to go about doing it. She's funny, and very knowledgeable, so I instantly felt myself relax. Fortunately, she draws on your brows to your liking prior to doing any work. I had a faint idea of what I wanted, but she not only helped narrow it down, but provided me with another option as well. She really understood what shape was best that both fit my liking and my face shape. Soon after, Cassandra numbed me up, and I lay comfortably while we chatted. I felt her working on me, but didn't realize she had started until she asked me what my pain level was! Although it varies from person to person, I felt no pain until slight pinching towards the end. After we were done, Cassandra showed me my eyebrows, and I was so happy with the results. I followed her instructions and hardly scabbed or peeled during the healing process. Just be aware that your brows will look much more pigmented 48 hours to a few days into the healing process. I made sure that I applied SPF to my brows as well as wore a hat when I was out. First Appointment : Cassandra is amazing. I came in knowing a few information but I still had many questions when I came in for my appointment. She saw how jumpy I was about these questions (mostly about the after treatment) and she answered them with back up reasoning of why she recommends the after care the way she does. She also goes through what colors she has to match your eye brows, what she recommends, and most importantly she asks you on which color you feel that you like to see and/or use for your brows. The process: It goes by really fast. You won't be able to tell that two hours passes by. Second Appointment: She looks over your brows and both of us discussed on what need to work on with the touch up. After this appointment my brow looks AMAZING. It was like good with the shape and fill in the first appointment. BUT THE SECOND APPOINTMENT... it is like BA BAAM!!! And this is also the appointment where you can choose to darken the brows or keep the same color, I went darker because for the first appointment I didn't want to overwhelm myself (I have virgin brows to mircoblading). Over all: Cassandra is patient and amazing. I highly recommend her and really think about her recommendations when you do go to her. And I highly recommend doing the touch up appointment as well (many people I hear don't) however, that second appointment does make a HUGE BEAUTIFUL DIFFERENCE.
