Inventory is often a little higher than others, but good selection and the range is a great addition. For my CC there, also

Review Part #2 2nd…read morehalf of review A few hours later the physician covering for mine that day came in to discharge me, Dr. Kim Bush. To say she was rude is an understatement. Every question I asked was answered with an "I don't know." Now I understand she didn't perform my surgery, but can you at least look at the operative report or progress notes so you have some idea how to answer the questions?! Not only was she rude, she was belittling. At this point I couldn't get out of the hospital fast enough. So in walks the nursing assistant to take me down to the front to meet my husband to pick me up. Mind you I am exhausted because I barely slept all night d/t pain/gas pain. Still haven't passed any gas at all upon d/c so I was in pain and exhausted. She pulls the wheelchair in between the end of the bed and the wall for me to get in. They are different from the ones I'm used to so I attempted to put the foot pedals up so I could step in, that didn't work, so I then had to straddle the legs and turn to sit down. As I'm lowering myself down to sit I grab the right arm chair and attempt to grab the left, at least 5 times, and it just wasn't there. So I look back and the nursing assistant puts it in the down position so I can grab it...finally says well you should have gotten in on the side, that's why it's up. I said well it would have been nice if you had said something! She stood there and watched me struggle as I'm literally exhausted and in pain and said not one word the whole time. I got in my car with the assistance of my husband and immediately began crying. There is absolutely no reason a human being, let alone anyone in the nursing/physician profession should act this way. And because of all of this I will unfortunately have to switch OBGYN's because god forbid in the future if I ever need another surgery there is NO WAY you could ever pay me to step foot back in that hospital! I'm so thankful for Lisa and the other nightshift nurse, whose name I didn't catch, for making the time I had with them pleasant at least. As for the rest, it was completely unprofessional and one of the worst experiences I have ever had.
