The food was delicious! We started off with the Pate de Jamon, and we ate that like there was no tomorrow. The La Cata de los Tres Olivos and the Tabla de Manchego were wonderful with our 3 orders of Jamon. I enjoyed eating the Ensalada con Queso with the Jamon, Pork and Steak dishes. The luscious appetizers, savory meat dishes, delightful Crema de Queso and Tocino de Cielo deserts is a good reason why my niece booked a reservation for her birthday in December. These are the dishes that stood out on our table, and that I highly recommend: Chorizo and Cheese Platter - This is the dish that I'll remember this night by. I enjoyed consuming the delicious bite-size pieces of chorizo bilbao, followed by slices of manchego and bleu cheese on crackers, and washed down by sangria. Jamon Serrano Espaguetis con Gambas Al Ajillo - One of the best seafood pasta dishes I've had in a long, long while. The prawns were perfectly cooked, and the taste of garlic was not too overpowering. The amount of oil used to coat the pasta was also just right. I would have loved to have roasted garlic cloves with this dish, and perhaps a little more parmesan. Paella de Marisco Chocolate Souffle Tocino del Cielo Dishes that could be better: Pollo Empanada - The chicken was moist and juicy, but lacked flavor. Patatas Bravas - I thought there was too much dressing on this dish. I would have preferred that the potatoes be served warm. And the dressing looks and tastes inexpensive. Pulpo a la Gallega - I had high expectations for this dish. Slices of octopus on a bed of mashed potatoes and paprika sauce. The mash could use a little more salt. Bottles start from around 700 pesos and the best part is the no-surcharge for in-store consumption, but service charge will be added on, which is fair enough since wine glasses are provided. Simply pick a bottle and have them serve the wine, that feature is a solid 4.0, but held back by their food, which is a sorry 2.0 on average. We were Driven to believe that a bottle of red wine would suffice both the 4 cheese pizza and the meat pizza, but the cheese pizza pairs better with white wine. The 4 Cheese Pizza (490 PHP) is a combination of blue cheese, parmesan, goat cheese, and mozzarella, which in totality is fairly a decent topping, though the dough was dry in performance. The Meat Pizza (500 PHP) just doesn't work in composition, it's a work in progress, which is a new a direction for this once purely retail shop. Overall, Come for wine and dine elsewhere and you'll be fine.

At first glance, wines that are sweet are more expensive, but there are cheaper ones that are sweeter than some. Tried red and white, in the range of mid sweet and not as expensive. I'm glad staff gave tips on which to get. I also got their bread with olive oil and balsamic vinegar which is one of the cheapest appetizers to go with both red and white wines. They don't have a happy hour promo but I heard from a friend they had this unlimited promo last year around July. I'm hoping to catch it and visit again soon!
