"No it probably isn't working because it's cold " at that point I broke down in tears and they knew it and didn't care didn't help nothing. I can't believe people that are employed there can't even help with their own pump. they can't even come out to check and see.. how awfully rude and mean. Usually I love quick trips but I will NEVER give this one my business again. Complete strangers who didn't even work their were more helpful and compassionate than staff I spoke to inside...
