When they were finished, they would call by 11am so I could pick them up. At noon I called to see how they were coming. The last on the phone says: what time did you order them? Around 9am I say. Impossible we don't open until 9:30. This is flowers by Dustin. Do you have the right store? Nice. Again I explain, it is a sympathy arrangement, white, basket.... Her response. Oh it's an arrangement. You said it was flowers. Here it is with tour name on it right beside the phone. Flowers by Dustin....you will never have my business again. Your staff member (older lady working at 12 noon on Dec 19th) sucks.
