This was the shop that started it all for me. Came in as a complete noob, new absolutely nothing, took up more than an hour of their time to only buy a cheap starter set, and yet never felt like I was putting them out, and they have been great every time I've been in since. I find vape store owners in general are nice, but here you feel like you could pull up a chair and stay all day, if you wanted. From my experience, the owners are very knowledgeable about the juices and the hardware, and seem to sincerely want you to have a good experience long term, not just the length of time it takes them to make a sale - they are definitely trying to cultivate regulars. Perhaps, as the other negative commenter suggests, they like hanging out with their friends...but coming in as a complete stranger, they made me feel like a friend from visit one, so I'm ok with that. :) Took off one star only because, while there are tons of juices there to try, it's not as extensive as I'd personally like to see, and represents an opportunity to grow into for them. But I'm sure their ability to do that will grow as their clientele does. I wish them the best of luck, and hope for success, as I'd like to make this my main juice source. I'll definitely be going back to purchase my more expensive equipment...see you ladies soon! read more

Very rude. Both the owner and Her wife are rude. They do not sell Authentic items like Hexohms, coils, and Batteries. Batteries are the worst part as you need to be safe. They just rewrap batteries and sell them for Authentic. This is one of the most expensive Vape shops around. I got treated like garbage. They talk down on me. It's not just the owner but a couple of the staff. They were more interested in helping someone who were blowing these big clouds than helping me. Don't worry see will be leaving a nasty comment here cause that's all they are good for. Do your self a favor and please stay away from this place. All I wanted was coils and they kept pushing these Hexohms on me. I than did my research and found they were clones and very unsafe. Please stay away. They are playing with people's life. read more

Wow! My husband and I are trying out this Vape stuff to quit smoking. Purchased my first pen the other day at Ice Blue. Service was superb and easy going. I felt like I was walked through this new technology by one of my family members, rather than a customer service rep. Everything was going great. Within 24 hours I started to run into issues... being that I am new at this, I don't even know if I did something or what .. I walked into the store feeling like a sheep (self induced) walked out feeling like royalty.They fixed me up in no time! Super helpful and friendly staff. Carole was super awesome! Over priced vape shop who's employees try to hustle you into buying products you don't need. Also noticed they fake Hex Ohm's. Yes fake as I own 3 Authentic ones that I paid over $200 for a piece. Not $50 which these are very very dangerous. Also this store for the most part only sells e-liquids that they make themselves; which as far below par in terms of quality and flavor, kinda taste a little like soap, NONE OF THERE JUICE IS EVEN TESTED WITH ECTA. Would not recommend, if you go there please please beware. I am an experienced Vaper who has been vaping for 2 years. This is not a stand up shop at all.
