This was the shop that started it all for me. Came in as a complete noob, new absolutely nothing,…read moretook up more than an hour of their time to only buy a cheap starter set, and yet never felt like I was putting them out, and they have been great every time I've been in since. I find vape store owners in general are nice, but here you feel like you could pull up a chair and stay all day, if you wanted. From my experience, the owners are very knowledgeable about the juices and the hardware, and seem to sincerely want you to have a good experience long term, not just the length of time it takes them to make a sale - they are definitely trying to cultivate regulars. Perhaps, as the other negative commenter suggests, they like hanging out with their friends...but coming in as a complete stranger, they made me feel like a friend from visit one, so I'm ok with that. :) Took off one star only because, while there are tons of juices there to try, it's not as extensive as I'd personally like to see, and represents an opportunity to grow into for them. But I'm sure their ability to do that will grow as their clientele does. I wish them the best of luck, and hope for success, as I'd like to make this my main juice source. In the end they want me to pay $45 on shipping for a product that costs $80. I'm on disability and cannot afford this. Went to Port Hope to view IT filming…read morelocations and decided to get stlth pods while there since I could not find the peach flavour anywhere near me. Thankfully they had it, and they have quite a bit of other flavour options! The lady who helped me today (I did not get her name unfortunately) was absolutely incredible. Not only was she extremely kind, she was absolutely hilarious. She had given us tips on where to find the locations and even shared a bit of her own experience viewing part of the filming. She was SO sweet and she honestly makes me want to go back to that store simply for her. She was so respectful to us and was extremely friendly and welcoming. My personal experience was an absolute, without a doubt, 10/10.
